Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeThere was a loud clicking sound from the device that we insert the room's key card which disrupted my sleep but it turns out that you can just take out the key card because it doesn't affect the aircon, so was able to sleep a little better on the second night.
Hands down one of the best places to stay in Bangkok. Within walking distance to the train station (less than 5 mins), MBK shopping centre (about 7 mins) and Siam Square (10 mins), but it's also located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bangkok. There's also a Lotus supermarket on the main street further up, and a nice massage place just around the corner, and several other amenities like convenience stores and restaurants a stone's throw from Nine Design Place. But the true stars of the property are the lovely hosts who made our stay very comfortable and made us feel very welcomed.

Feels like a second home. The owner is very friendly and generous, she even served us mango sticky rice, which was delicious. The snacks were plentiful (and complimentary), as were the coffee and hot drinks (unlimited). The staff were very accommodating, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, they provided a complimentary breakfast. Our vacation wouldn’t have been as wonderful without them.

VietnamLocation wise it is a bit akward. If you are a frequent travel and ok with walking then its ok. Walking distance ( 700 800m) to BTS but the station isnt the main station so needs to transit a lot.
Hotel gave us lots of perks: free water, mango sticky rice, fruits and breakfast. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Overall very good experience.

The staff are lovely and manageress so helpful Hotel isnt too big so it feels more personal. It’s near a BTS station (National stadium) and back from main road so nice and quiet. Also close to the big shopping centres at Siam. Our rooftop suite had two good sized rooms and an outdoor terrace. The hotel is spotless. Coffee, juice and cold bottled water available for free and snacks in room. Good breakfast with melon, omelette, sausage or Thai egg and toast included. Reasonable price too. Have booked another stay

We wanted to stay 1 night extra and they arranged it without hesitation. The location is perfect, really well connected to the city but not on a busy road. Its location is excellent. Very close to BTS. Very close to shopping malls. However, its down a side street which is the perfect getaway from hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Its a family run hotel with only nine rooms and the rooms are tastefully done. Feels like we were staying at home. Mei the owner was very kind to offer us breakfast and also give us mango sticky rice before we left. The staff was excellent and very friendly especially Noi. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Bangkok. If youre looking for a lovely boutique hotel which is quiet yet very close to everything this is it.
