The hotel has so many stairs, so basically climbing the stairs till reach the room. It would be nice if they had breakfast option included or buffet to pay for such a nice resort.

The design of the hotel is very nice and location is really close to nightmarket/mall and main nightlife area. The view from the rooms are amazing, room is big and exterior. Overall it's a very nice resort, I had a nice stay. The pool looks very nice surrounded by the trees. The entrance of the hotel is fancy.

Rooms are bit dark coze of brown furniture, but it's OK. Loud Music from the lake nearby sometimes till midnight.

This is old stile Thai hotel with big pool. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff are very friendly tried to solve everything. Location is 5-7 min walking to everything u need.. shops,cafes and so on

We really enjoyed staying at Nova Samui but there needs to be some money spent on several areas of the resort The bathroom smelled quite badly in both rooms we booked, as a family of 4, especially first thing in the morning. It's clear that there are no traps in the drains and the showers although powerful, need to be retiled. The room needs updating as the curtains are hanging off the poles and the whole room needs cleaning properly. We think when we were staying, it was off season as the hotel was quiet and the pool area although very nice, the bar area looked abandoned and not useable, the pool was quite green in areas and cloudy in colour, the waterfall effect was not working. The sunbeds and sun brollys need re- newing as all looked rusty and held together with string. Having Said all that, we would stay here again. I just think we came at a time where they were getting things ready for the new season and hadn't completed the snagging list!!

Really enjoyed our stay of 4 nights in this resort. It was quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms are large and airy , the beds very comfortable and huge! The staff very happy and helpful! The gardens are lovely and really well looked after.

Excellent value for money. Quieter area from the main strip and about 15 minute walk to the beach and the shopping mall. Restaurant was very quiet. The pool needed more sun loungers.

Great balcony with view on to garden and pool.Lovely hostess who was very helpful booking tour to Marine Park and came to say goodbye to me at 6.15 am as I left for Krabi. Easy walk through mall and through Evergreen Resort to beach. Great supermarket at mall and excellent modern shops.

The manager was awesome and all the staff was very friendly it’s a peaceful resort out the way of the busy chaweng but 5 minute walk, Morden Thai style very good garden loved our experience here, AC worked wonders and the shower, 5STAR

Reception only opened till 8pm but there is a guard close to the reception. A little bit noisy air conditioning in the room, but not a big problem. The location on google maps is incorrect but booking location is correct. The owner should change that in google business on maps to attract more customers. This hotel is just above the lake on the map.

Great location, close to the airport which is a big advantage (a few airplanes a day only - not a big problem with noise). Great swimming pool with beautiful views. Great value to money ration. Big save parking with a guard. Absolutely fantastic internet connection (>200mb/s any time, seperate router in each room)

Staff seemed really unhappy with me when I spoke to them about the issues with the room. We had asked for a queen sized bed with a bath (the 2 reasons we booked) and were given no option for twin beds. we assume this is because we are 2 females and they didnt agree with us sharing a bed, perhaps- and felt our strange interactions with staff might be due to this too. Overall we felt that we had paid for one room and were provided something totally different (they had offered us a room with bath but said it was next to a crying baby, however our room had the sound of drilling into a wall for about an hour).

Beautiful view from balcony and relatively good location for the night market. The tv has youtube once you work out how to use, and there is laundry across the street. The security guard was so lovely as were cleaning staff.

Wanna the receptionist and manager was amazing. The resort rooms were outstanding. Clean spacious rooms with balconies and amazing views. This was one of the best resorts I've stayed in. The rooms itself are so cozy comfortable and I had a very memorable stay. Thank you.

Fantastic wide pool and pool deck. Resort perfectly located very very close to night market and biggest shopping center. This resort is re-opening or re-starting and has fantastic potential. We have really enjoyed our spontaneous 2 nights stay and would have stayed longer if our holiday would have been longer. Recommended!

Rude staff, tried putting me in a room that was a single bed after I paid for a double bed room had too argue with the manager for half hour, then they said I have too stay in a single bed and knock off 80 Baht.
