The location is close from Future Park shopping mall, and Don Mueang airport. The room was clean, the services in general great. Smart TV!

be good for the egg chefs to learn the names of the egg dishes on the chalkboard. Asked for one scrambled eggs and got two omelettes. very minor comment to reduce waste is all.

I liked everything about the hotel.

The hotel is still very new and everything is in very good condition. The buffet in the hotel restaurant caters largely to Asian tastes but the Italian restaurant is of course European so everyone can find something to their taste. Being so close to Future Park, there are many restaurants there to choose from.

The location is quite good just 5 minutes walking from a very big shopping mall, Breakfast is various, thai and international all very delicious. There is a Italian restaurant where you can taste a very delicious Italian food

Air con was very cold and it was not possible to change the temperature so had to keep turning it on and off as necessary.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checkin and Chekout were very smooth. I think rooms could be a bit bigger and there should be iron board and iron in the rooms

I booked this hotel to visit the Thaifex exhibition at IMPACT. The location was nice. I didn't have time to visit the Future Park shopping centre, but it looked good.

The only and biggest problem was that the bed was terrible, it was old, I could not sleep comfortably. This was the only thing that did not suit such a facility

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location was close to the shopping center. The breakfast was sufficient in terms of variety.

Whoever designed the bathroom should get fired! The bathroom design is problematic – there's no barrier to prevent water from splashing outside the shower area. Trying to stand closer to the wall didn't help, and a gap around the bath collected water, causing it to pour onto the floor. Since the bathroom and room floors are at the same level, the entire room could get wet.

Very polite and friendly staff, shuttle bus to shoppingareas, lovely pool, and cool gym.

the work desk is just a room table, not too suitable for business travel. the distance to the nearby malls though within walking distance is slightly further then hoped, especially unsheltered under the hot afternoon sun

My partner tried to order food to the room in the evening, room service did not answer and she called the reception and asked them to connect her to room service and was told that they could not. By the way the barcode didn't work either

I went to check in at the hotel a little after 2 o'clock that day. The reservation form stated that we could check in from 2pm. I reserved a room with a view of the pool and a separate bath and toilet, but I was told that it was currently being cleaned and there were no vacancies, so I was given a completely different room on the third floor. When I asked to change my room, I was given a very unpleasant look and was told that the cleaning would take over an hour and I should go to a nearby shopping mall to kill time. I was very angry at their response and strongly asked, ``Why hasn't the cleaning been finished yet?'' She said she didn't know and she told me very strongly. It was very high pressure. And the woman who had originally set me up in a different room on the third floor also glared at me. The staff here are very overbearing. Even after that, when the first woman who set it up saw me, she glared at me. I didn't think she was suitable for this job.
