The meals are pretty standard but overpriced. We always went to the kiosk nearby to get affordable food. If you don't have a car, the hotel is far from the nearest supermarket. Come prepared.

The pool was clean, an very family friendly. The jacuzzi/warm water spa very relaxing the best part of the stay.The staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms met my expectations.

I have been living in Thailand a long time, the prices of your alcohol are exorbitant, I never saw many people drinking because your prices are just so extreme for local beer like Chang. I get the pass plus on top of the charges but to pay over 200 baht for a chain is outrageous if you would charge less people would stay there and drink more all they do is take advantage of the breakfast and that's it...

The location of the hotel was very good for our needs. The pool was great I could get my links in...

Jazzuzi/hot tub and pool were not very clean. I was put in the building with no elevator.

Menu offerings in the restaurants was quite good. Sheets and towels were clean.

The price for breakfast and massages seemed very high compared with what we experienced in Pattaya so we didn't try either. More reasonable pricing for these services and we would have tried them for sure.

Friendliness of all staff. Room was very spacious and didn't feel cramped. The gardens and layout were beautiful and made for a relaxing stay. The combination of pools and beach was great. The quiet remote location away from the hustle and bustle of city life was wonderful.

Bathroom was a little small and aircon quite noisy. Also a bit sad that they have two restaurants, but both offering exactly the same food.

The pools were great with a dedicated kids pool, 2 large pools, hot jacuzzi, kiddy club etc.

Beach was nice but there was a box of empty beer bottles on it that could been seen from the pool area. It was there for 3 days until the tide washed it away. Website stated there are 3 restaurants but one was only open for breakfast & one wasn’t open at all. That made dining a little restrictive, as the location is isolated.

Decent breakfast, food very good overall but menu is a bit small. Comfortable rooms, great showers. Big swimming pool with plenty of room around the decking area.

I didn't the smell inside of toilet in my room. I didn't the parking and noise came to my room.

"room" As I stayed 1 night and my room was clean and comfortable and my View was in Parking area. But I can smelled and was not good in Toilet and I needed to close the door at night and out of my room. I would like to complain to the hotel but as it was long weekend in Thailand and many tourists and guest in the hotel and I was stay only 1 nights and ignored it. If the Hotel was read as my comment please be check and imported. "beach," is clean and nice to swimming and have a good activity. "pool," is nice and clean and separate from adult and Kids. Thank you and I will be back and stay again soon.

The coffee shop closes at 4 in the afternoon. What a joke! Room service is not round the clock. Poor wi-fi.

stairs' floor is marble which it's slippery when wet, guests went from pools back to their rooms with the soak wetsuits so the stair is always very dangerous.

We are lucky as we have a car but if you don't then youll be very cut off from anything. Especially in when we stayed as most of the time there was hardly anyone there and not much to do. That will suit some but not all.

Not handicapped friendly. Might have to take a few steps up and down to get to the beachfront, wheelchair is difficult. But you can access the hotel rooms with elevators without any problem. No nearby 7-11. There is a small minimart across the street with limited snacks and drinks.

Nice Private Beach access. Quiet. 3 pools. Great for family and kids. There are nearby local seafood restaurants within walking distance to enjoy local food by the beach.

rooms are a bit basic, a sofa or chair would have been nice. Breakfast room looks a bit like a fast food outlet and is understaffed, plated tend to pile up on tables.
