I was a guest in January and had a wonderful time and experience however this trip was a big disappointment. Slow to no Internet all 4 days, front desk personnel either ignored or dismissed all concerns of the subject. Loud Karaoke 2 of the 4 nights, after hours parties thrown with ALOT of noise at the massage Salas till 2 AM one night. Power went out on at least 4 different occasions. Charged me for the slippers (1st time ever) in my room.

information about child of the hotel is not match with information of Booking.com. Hotel’s info - 13 Y as adult but Booking.com’s info- 18Y as adult. You two should have the same information. It causes problems. It makes us upset and feel bad.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Our booking included breakfast too. The rooms have been recently renovated, although the establishment is big the staff and the management make a lot of effort to guarantee that each details is covered. Multiple swimming pools, spa, jacuzzi on reservation are only few of the wonderful things available there. The coast and the shore are wonderful and in February we found the pollution rate very low. Accessibility for wheelchair and staff always willing to help with any requests. This hotel, according my opinion, is family friendly, couples and singles. There are plenty of spaces for everyone. If you are looking for activities you can also find interesting the natural attractions such as the mangroves park, far around 30 minutes by car. If you have your own car is easy, otherwise the hotel can help you with a taxi reservation. The hotel offers also transfer from and to Bangkok as well. Manager Mister Nick at the front desk, together with Khun Arisa along with the all staff are wonderful. The Food managers Mister Bunchai and Miss Pum at the Shore Restaurant are great too and the young waiter Toy were attentive to offer a great service. Definitely we will back again to enjoy another wonderful time.

overpriced for what you get,I wouldn’t pay more than 1,000tbh per night.Hard pillows.Water pressure in the shower very poor.Breakfast typical Thai buffet but virtually no western food.The hotel is very remote with only a few fairly expensive Thai restaurants along the beach,you definitely need transport if you stay here.

I has erroneously booked a day early. Then after arrival neither the reception would help me get into contact with booking.com and even less would contact the agent themselves to find a solution. The hotel empty, basically no guests, had no loss by my late arrival, however all the money paid was kept by booking.com and/or the hotel. That is unrightful profit and resembles robbery.

Times are hard right now and I know they are doing their very best. Before when things were normal, it was so very busy but they always had time for their regular customers. They do need more staff to help bring in luggage and take it out too. I really cannot find anything that I really didn't like at all. Always very helpful and go out of their way without you feeling like a problem. This is from check in to check out, perfect place and I will return there again very soon.

I travel a lot and always prefer to go to the Novotel in Rayong. It has the best accommodations of anywhere I have travelled. Excellent property, I do think it is exceptional because of the rooms, staff, and their location could not be better for me. Everything is there, multiple swimming pools, beach is always clean and sitting areas have all been updated. Always feel at home there, and that is the reason I return so often and will continue to do so and also let others know too.

The food was not good, breakfast was bearable but the evening/daytime choices and quality was not good and very expensive. No bar open or alcohol being served despite advertising a poolside bar.
