The pool was small and came upto your ankles. Not great if you like swimming! Also the breakfast could of been better we went on the 1st day and didn't think it was worth going to for the rest of the trip.

Our room was kept very clean by the staff and the staff where excellent!

Breakfast wasn't good and customer brought the dog to the restaurant.I know that hotel allow dog to stay but shouldn't allow customer brought dog to eat with other customer.

The room was not much clean. And I asked for changing the room. The new room was acceptable. An air dryer is not available in the room. It needs to be requested. Car park is too small.

The hotel is located in a small street but not so far from a shopping mall. The staffs are nice and have a good service.

Everything was ok. So no negative things. I like to wear slippers in the room. Maybe that can be a addiction.

Comfortable bed with two different good pillows and big shower. Staff (Golf, Ritwik, Way and all the other staff) was very nice and helpful. Did not have to go out and rent a motorbike. Hotel staff took care of it. 250 baht a day, and we got a brand new comfy motorbike with the red color license. With all the covid restrictions we still got a breakfast. Not the most luxury because of the restrictions but good for us. Eggs, bacon, toast and rice porridge. For the swimming we had to make an appointment which was very easy. Called 5 minutes before and lucky it was free. So both times we got a private pool for us and the water was very nice. Enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back here.

Did not bother with breakfast as it was pretty disapointing last time but have many options within walking distance anyway.

Have stayed here before while in Pattaya on business, location is good for getting food and drinks etc, even though most thing are shut down right now. Rooms are big and clean, with good choice of western TV channels.

All good. Could do with putting in smoke alarms to deter people from smoking in the rooms. Our room was changed with no problems due to this but if the hotel had been full then we would have been stuck with that room.

Great stay again. Comfy beds, friendly, helpful staff. We had 2 rooms booked, and 1 of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, but they changed the room for us straight away.

Be aware that it’s a pet friendly hotel. I had a room on my floor where the owners left the dog in the room when they went out. The dog would bark for hours at at time, very annoying.

The cleaning staff was so negligent that even when I asked them to clean the room, they only changed the towels and toiletries, but did not change the sheets at all. I got a knock in the morning for cleaning, and when I told them I'd be leaving in 30 minutes and could please come clean afterwards, they gave me a blatantly disgusted look.

Staff didnt say hello when you walked in, either ignored you or gave a weird stare like you weren’t suppose to be there. The restaurant claimed the award for the worst chicken burger I’ve ever eaten. Would Highly recommend to avoid the on site restaurant completely. It’s meant to be an international restaurant but everything in there tastes like an Indian meal.. It was awful and over priced compared to other places in Pattaya. We stayed for 2 night and no one came to clean our room, not even once. I’d understand if it was $10/20 per night but it’s not. We paid $48 per night so expected a little more than to essentially be ignored for the whole time we were there and to have wet towels.
