The apartment we had was big and sufficient. The location is good and they have tuktuk service to the nearest sky train station.

The gym is very barebones. Very small, very limited equipment. Machines are very old. Would be ideal if they had more machine options. The floor I stayed on was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was a very unpleasant smell in the corridor (smelt like cigarette smoke) which permeated into the room. I told the staff and I believe they dealt with it.

Very comfortable place to stay, good location, good housekeeping, good wifi. Pool is nice on the roof. Nice big rooms.

The bathrooms smelled from the water drainage. The whole hotel actual (from lobby to elevator) smelled horrible. The tried to solve the problems with some par-fum spray to no avail. The breakfast was with little choices. The fried eggs were all cold. The location is not really convenient as it is far from the BTS station. The shuttle service was helpful though.

The suite was very spacious with big bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room has a nice sofa and big TV. The Kitchen is also big.

There was nothing that I did not like about the property , Only issue I found was that the gym was quite small and there was not that much equipment, if the dumbells went up to a heavier weight and if there was a barbell for bench press it would be perfect

The door did not have a chain or deadbolt, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the aircon made lots of noises in the night which kept waking me as a light sleeper.

The room was spacious and had great natural light. I couldn’t hear any neighbors or anyone in the hallway. I was recovering from surgery and appreciated having apartment amenities like a washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer to limit how much I needed to go out.

Excellent choice to go back to ThongLor area where we used to live. The people and service are really worth to mention. Always very helpful. Rooms are spacious and residence is really close to best spots in ThongLor and 5-10' from BTS (by tuktuk, provided by Oakwood). We will come back!

We wanted to extend our stay at the hotel, but it was fully booked! Everything is good 😊

The hotel location is quite remote, as it requires a 15-20 minute walk from the BTS station. Additionally, if you need the hotel's tuk-tuk service, be prepared to wait for a long time due to traffic congestion.

The hotel looks like it's just been renovated! The receptionist and housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, and having supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance was so convenient.

There's construction right beside. We were there in time for check-in but the rooms took another hour or so -- a bit of a hassle but they were kind enough to give us wifi access in the lobby. Only one elevator was working when we were there.

Great location. Homey rooms. 3BR was perfect for our group of 6, had 2 bathrooms, not including the small staff room with a small bathroom of its own. Walkable to The Commons, Village Mart and other spots. Good breakfast available in the lobby.

Bit of a journey to the BTS.

Very clean and spacious apartment with stylish furnishings and a Japanese toilet. Friendly and helpful staff and good location if you intend to spend time in Thong Lo. Nice shops and cafes in nearby J Avenue and The Commons.

The breakfast. The breakfast was the only sore point of the stay. But luckily there were some wonderful cafes right next to the property, so we didn't go hungry.

The location was amazing, surrounded by lovely restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff was also very attentive, and ensured our rooms were always clean.

The air conditioner is quite loud for light sleepers this may be an issue. The lobby/lounge area is rather dark and unwelcoming.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the location was ideal for access to shops and services. Good for the price.
