Quicker service but staff were gorgeous. Breakfast good but cold or lukewarm. None of this would prevent us from returning as the whole place was just wonderful.

Location is nice and quiet, however not much around in terms of food etc.

Arrival was a breeze. Staff came to help straight away and took all our bags. Car parking is very easy. Good for kids, has a play room and kids swimming area with slid etc. Lovely restaurant with beautiful views of the Marina for a lovely sunset.

The Ambiance is 100% superb👍 So relaxing especially with all the yachts just only in front of the Hotel Ocean Marina Resort yacht club, so amazing...The rooms sooo exceptional & big, excellent & super yummy food, the service is excellent and very accommodating, polite and very respectful staffs.

Mass presence of tourists near (in front of marina side) hotel that alters the feeling of privacy at certain hours.

Hotel will do the extra mile for clients. The hotels and its grounds have good energies.

The tv in the room only seemed to have Thai TV stations and didn’t have apps such as Netflix or Apple TV and it generally difficult to operate.

Great hotel. We had booked a standard room but this did not have a balcony so we upgraded to the Marina suite which cost significantly more but was worth the extra. The suite was excellent with high quality materials and fittings throughout. Particularly nice was the spacious bathroom which oozed luxury. The included breakfast was also excellent and, although it was buffet style the staff would bring prepared items such as omelettes and coffee to your table.

Location is a little far from the centre but we actually liked that as it was quiet and less hectic then central

Excellent breakfast buffet with egg and coffee bar, assortment of Asian and western Sam and cold foods. Beds and towels were plush - place is brand newly renovated part of a residential building. We didn’t have time to play in the splash pool but it had a kid friendly section and extensive play room!

The reception area is small and would not cope with a group check in. Access to and from the car park needs a member of staff to open the doors. Roadworks on the main road make access a little difficult but that will pass and there is no noise impact at the hotel.

Recently renovated hotel with new everything done to a high standard. The rooms are above average size with very comfortable beds and the bathroom is clean and new with Grohe fittings. Keen, polite staff who are obviously happy to be working there. Good quality breakfast with a very international range of choices.

Had an issue with the hot but was taken care of promptly. The beach is distant away but you always offer a ride. Away from the center of town if you like action

Nothing much in walking distance but Bolt and Grab apps are easy to access cheap rides and food delivery.

Balcony rooms are lovely with great views. Location is peaceful and relaxing despite the busy marina. Away from the chaos of Pattaya but close enough if you want to go there. Staff are lovely.
