Wifi was a bit wonky. But I think Phuket wifi in general is not so good too.

Cozy, clean, comfortable stay! Staff was a family. Everyone was so warm and helpful. Stayed for 7 nights. Slept well. Felt safe. Near to most restos and the beach.

The owners were super friendly and helped us with information on where to go and what to do for our stay. One of the owners gave us a ride in his car to a viewpoint overlooking the coastline and we managed to get some amazing views and pictures. He then took us to one of the best restaurants in the area on the other side of the town with an amazing view and picked us up afterwards, dropping us off in the main town and giving advice where to go. The room and pool were excellent and how nice he owners were to us made our trip special. Thanks again, and hope to be back in the future!!

Extremely hospitable staff, nothing is too much for them. From a quick drop off somewhere, laundry service, beach towels and mats provided free of charge, coffee and water all day free too. Always up for a chat, advice on local travel and amenities.

Mama pucket is a beatifull person, she welcome me like a mom. The House is perfect located, and everybody so kind. The bedroom is safe, the Air condition goes on very well, and the bed IS very confortable. Hardly recomend 💜

The family who run the hostel are honestly amazing! so friendly and kind. they treated us like family which was so nice of them, showed us around the area and even invited us to phi phi island with them for a boat party ♥️ the bedroom was very homely and comfortable. They gave us free water when we needed it and was very accommodating. Location was right next to the night market which was nice for cheap and amazing food.

The location is not ideal to go to the beach but then again it's a quiet street. Water pressure and WiFi could have been better.

The family is very pleasant and hospitable, and they have a super cute dog. The room is big and with a balcony and the bathroom is big as well.

The owners (run by a friendly family) go out of their way to exceed the guests' expectations. I seriously couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Phuket. They will even organize trips for you and show you around the island.

It was a bit too hot around the property, especially in the bathroom.

The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel very welcome. You get water, coffee and tea on the house as well beach towels. There are a few motorbikes available for rent. The rooms are quite basic and I ended up in one without windows, but the bed was comfortable and good A/C.

The cleanliness could have been way better: especially concerning the bathroom and bed linen.

The hotel owner and staff are very kind, helpful and willing to help :) It is very close to the night market, good restaurants and bars

It was cash only. They didn’t provide soap for washing hands, only for shower. The owner spoke some English, but with very strong accent.

The owner was very helpful, even though their English was far from perfect. They allowed us to pay later as we didn’t have cash; they had laundry and taxi service. They provided free beach towels and water every day. The room was clean and comfy. Location was good.

The woman who runs it took my money on check in and then tried to take me to another part of the hotel down the road called Orchid House which isn’t the same hotel and was awful but I had no choice but to stay there the night as everywhere else was booked up. Not only that but she wanted me to check out the next day, wait hours and then recheck in to the same hotel. When I told her it wasn’t the same hotel she then admitted to me that she was full and the other hotel said she does this when ok Phuket is booked up. They told her this days ago but not once did she give me this information before my arrival. The owner offered to pay half my new hotel room bill which I thought was nice but after I checked into the new place they told me she hadn’t paid and when I went back to ask her all I got in response was that she had changed her mind. Please be very careful, I’ve been travelling around Thailand for 30 years and this sort of behaviour is unacceptable. Luckily Booking. Com have been a great help and have agreed they are totally in the wrong. Find so where else to stay.

Location is central but in a dark unlit spot at night that I would feel a bit wary walking to alone at night as a female solo traveller.

Room not cleaned for days. No soap provided. Feels like staying in someone’s house - it felt like you walking through a family’s lounge room to get to your room. Pillow too hard. Poor value for money. Limited breakfast options in area. Pool is in building next door. Not a quiet street due to bartending school next door.
