You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

1. I liked the location as it was on the way of our destination and there was a lot of food nearby. 2. Rooms were clean and modern and parking was easy 3. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to store luggage 4. Additional bottles of water was available in the lift lobby

United KingdomThere were no cups, cutlery or crockery in the room so the kettle was useless. The shower / bath was poorly designed so every time I used the shower the water flooded the bath surround and dripped onto the floor. Every night there was loud, live music from a nearby venue that finished at 11 so would have been annoying to early sleepers. There were no instructions in the room as to how to use a Thai language TV. I had to log back into the hotel WiFi every day, which no-one told me about until I complained that there was no WiFi at reception. The buffet breakfast was invariably cold because no-one had lit the heaters underneath the eggs and bacon pans., (so the chef had to cook them separately for me)
The room was large and the bed extremely comfortable. There was aircon in both rooms. A kettle and fridge were provided. The towels were changed each day. The restaurant was convenient and the chef was very obliging to provide meals when requested.

ThailandAmenities could be better such as providing slippers, toothbrushes, razor etc. The cleanliness should be improved. There were a used cutton-bud package and some hair strands in the bathroom.
The bed and pillow are good quality. The room is spacious. Air-conditioning is good.

NetherlandsThe cupboards in the kitchen area in the room were completely empty, even without any shelfs. I would exxpect some cups and saucers, a knife, spoon and fork for example just to prepare and eat some food or drinks.
The breakfast was okay but very basic. The swimming pool was great.

South KoreaI stayed on the 8th floor, and the smell from the bathroom drain was really disgusting it gave me a headache. We sprayed, lit a scented candle but it didn’t help. Also, they need to clean bathroom thoroughly. It would have been better to pay $200 more and stay at Novotel.
