Knew in advance that the location requires basically your own car. So for me it was not negative but it is good to realize in advance. Bathroom in my room had unpleasant smell, I think it is bad piping.

The large swimming pools around the villa area. The roof top private barbecue. Big room. Clean. Kitchen (came handy for cooking). The breakfast was good and nice view over the pools. And the provided shuttle to your room. Aircon broke during stay but it was quickly fixed! It was quite an ice show for Christmas haha.

The main thing was the water slide condition. It’s a bit old and could use a new coating. We skinned ourselves going down it. Also in our villa one of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly. But other than that we had no complaints.

My friends and I enjoyed this resort. They provide shuttle services, laundry services, and other amenities (for a small cost). The food at the restaurant was delicious, as was the free breakfast. The staff were super kind and helpful. We loved our villa. Taking the shuttle into town was easy and we chose to buy some groceries so we had some snacks in our house. Pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming and using the water slide. Also enjoyed the free gym. We went when there weren’t a lot of guests so we felt that made the experience better.

it’s farther from the beach than we realized. too far to walk. steps to rooftop area very steep.

the pools are very nice. the night lighting was lovely. the rooftop provided lovely stargazing!

No car rental available so stranded in Resort as just tooo far to walk 20 minutes to the beach and no markets, shops etc. anywhere. Beds were very hard. Air con very noisy and the couch was broken and lumpy, so no comfy seating. Pool area steps could have been cleaner. Slime around the edges. Pool next to room thigh high, so not what was expected.

Breakfast was good, aside from a bit of language difficulty. (Boiled egg instead of fried) . Staff were friendly and eager to help.

Lack of water in the house upon arrival and unable to reach reception, no phone in the house or people who we could ask. We had to walk to the reception which was quite far. Then no locker key, again we had to walk up to the reception. The next day the house also had no water

The water was turned off 3 x, no shower in the morninf, toilet wouldnt flush, geared more towards large groups, in the middle.of nowhere, you will.need rental car, being.a.solo traveller made everything.overpriced..good for families with rental cars

Nice canal like pools wind through the resort. You can jump in the pool anytime, great pizza! Breakfast buffet, good cqble service. A.c. worked great, staff was quick to fufill requests, albiet at higher prices then anywhere else ihave stayed in thailand

we had a suite with jacuzzi for 3ppl and BBQ with neighbours on both sides , room , even between your bedroom and neighbours bedroom you have a stairs. you can hear everything. two burners from 4 wasn't working in BBQ. they offer to switch the unit but on opposite side unit already had a neighbours and some house construction on private territory. noisy roosters in the morning. some units share both walls. some only one. you need to find out. light was broken near BBQ. AC in a bedroom at second night was extremely noisy. need to be cleaned. breakfast was like in 3starts hotels. bad coffee.

spacious room, jacuzzi for 3ppl upstairs, tv, plates, stuff for cooking was provided, it's easy to contact receptionist and they are ready to solve the problem. clean jacuzzi. jacuzzi can be warmed up and worked well, snooker for 20thb, high and long watertube in the pool for kids.
