Superior room, after some language differences that worked out on day 2. The staff was extremely helpful, the restaurant alot of times empty served fantastic food, more people need to try it.noise level good, will stay again

Like so many chain hotels, the M Grand did not provide a mirror above the table/desk located directly opposite the bed. How are ladies supposed to apply makeup? I am of the opinion that most hotel bedrooms are designed by men. Also, as usual, there were not enough hooks to hang coats, robes and other items.

Modern hotel, clean room, central location, free parking, good breakfast (although would be even better if they offered a selection of cerealsj).

Breakfast not much variety. And the food was always cold. Fried eggs cold. Breakfast needs improvement. Breakfast a let down.

Minimalist room. No wardrobe, only a hanging rack and nowhere to put folded clothes and underwear. No bedside reading light. No soap dish in the shower, use the floor. No suitcase table, in the end okay because there was nowhere to put anything if we unpacked. Breakfast was dismal.

Limited breakfast items and the same each day. This is only a concern if staying for a long time or many times as in my case.

Hotel seems a bit old outside which is normal for a small city in Thailand but 1. Room is clean 2. Price is reasonable 3. Cozy bed 4. Included breakfast is good according to price 5. Chinese restaurant at ground floor is also decent Overall is good and over my expectation.

The internet was a bit spotty. It would drop the connection and reconnect.

The location of the hotel was great. It was near lots of different food & drink options. It was also near tuktuk services and ATMs. The restaurant at the hotel has very good food.

parking lots are not enough for guests. A guard who take care of the parking is not helpful.

first room stunk so bad we had to move. we booked 8 mos in advance and they changed our room to two single beds. we think it is the plumbing that stunk. we arrived in the morning and there appeared to be plenty of rooms available but they would not let us check in without paying extra! did not eat breakfast as it did not look good!

Dodgy wifi. Not getting the room we asked for, which they confirmed by return it was booked. Didn't like reception laughing at me and asking me to 'compromise' for something they had already agreed and confirmed. It was only me that had to compromise. I ended up with a room I didn't want or asked for, but the room I was 'allocated'. I was too tired to argue. My Thai partner had a terrible time and was scared out of her wits during the night. She swears the room was haunted. I woke up and found her trembling on a chair trying to sleep. She told me a ghost had grabbed her hair and said she couldn't sleep in that bed. I have an open mind and must admit the room was much colder than the 25c setting . I have stayed at several hotels in Roi Et and always imagined this one as probably the best. I'm afraid I was wrong. It isn't.

Location perfect. Easy parking. Breakfast adequate. Very clean rooms newly appointed. The hotel looks as though it has been renovated. There was work going on in the building when we arrived which wasn't too bad.

everything we needed we had to pay a deposit for. 100 baht for a kettle, 50 baht for an extra pillow then to find out we had bought it.

Seemed like the Motel 6 chain of Thailand....clean, but bare bones.

Breakfast was just ok, but good center Roi Et location. Front desk had very poor English skills. Only gave us 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towels for 2 persons for 3 nights. No safes in rooms and the bed felt like a board with a blanket wrapped over it (3 days of aching backs). On our 2nd day the hotel AC was out for 5 hours, we went to another hotel in Roi Et that was much nicer with a swimming pool. They require you to leave a 200Baht room key deposit, but do not refund it when you check out...all 4 rooms had to request it to be refunded.

Breakfast is very limited and food finished by 9.15am. Chef had attitude when i asked for a fried egg
