I would said that the best part of our stay was the owner. Very helpful with everything from tips about dinning, what to see around the city to the rent of scooters. The owner even give us map as well! We've arrive earlier and there was no problem with leaving the luggages at the hotel. Rooms were very spacious with comfortable bed and balcony. Small fridge with complimentary water was in our room as well.

The location is perfect with everything in walking distance. Our host was so friendly and gave us heaps of recommendations. The room was spacious and clean. Scooter rental was also possible at the hotel. 7-11 and a nice Thai restaurant are just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very welcoming. When I arrived he gave me an already prepared instructions with where is a good place to eat, exchange money, etc. The place was well situated in about 10 minutes of the Clock tower.

Top notch place to stay. Very clean and bright room with clean, white sheets. Free water every day and coffee in the mornings. The host is incredibly kind and makes sure that you have everything you need. He also shares things to do in the area and nice restaurants. He made sure we didn't miss the night market. Very enjoyable.

Friendly staff. If you want to rent scooter, they can arrange it with the renting company and they deliver the scooter to the hotel which is convenient.

Was not in the centre but only 15 minute walk. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but free water and Coffee downstairs in the morning.

The bed was probably the hardest we’ve slept on in Thailand! We’d have stayed there much longer otherwise!

Bancha, the owner, is warm and friendly and very helpful. Speaks better English than us! Rooms spacious, tea and coffee available in the morning only. Location a little out of the way but ok. Good value for money. Great massage place opposite - Bergbahn.

Great place to stay in Chiang Rai. The owner is very helpful, he provides you great informations about what to do in the area in english (and also in french for the lazy ones) The room is spacious, with balcony. We were lucky to have a room away from the school and the road, so noise wasn't an issue

It was quite noisy in the night time with surrounding neighbours and some kind of festival going on close by, but this isn’t the fault of the hotel itself
