Everything was perfect, one of the favourite places I have ever stayed. Views from the villas and cafe are breathtaking and well worth a visit.

The pool needs a little cleanup, but it’s a nice addition. AC working not too great, as it’s not possible to get the temperature in the room below approx. 24/25 degrees. Still acceptable.

Nice small villas with a great view on the fields. The breakfast was very good, brought each day to your terrace.

It would be good if there was some different breakfast options because of dietary restrictions etc. But overall it was really nice of them to bring breakfast to the room!

This was an experience I will never forget. Such a beautiful and peaceful scenery, with a private pool, and clean and cozy room. They rented me a bicycle for very good price and I was cycling around this beautiful island. I can't wait to come back.

Struggled to get room cleaned - didn’t leave note as assumed would just do it but they didn’t on first day - no worries so second day left note - still didn’t do it 😂 - but when asked they did sort - didn’t spoil the holiday at all

Fabulous romantic place - plunge pools amazing - breakfast was a delight delivered to your room - staff were so friendly and worked so hard all day - food in restaurant was excellent & good value for money

sometimes hard to find someone to ask questions, so customer service could be confusing at times! but the staff were still very kind and chill.

the view of the paddies and the cows/birds is really what you come here for!

Both the front door and the bathroom door need to be fixed. The breakfast is very basic but was ok for us.

The location is amazing, a bit far from the main beaches but the view on the rice fields is wonderful and relaxing. The calmness of this place is very nice. The bungalows are spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean. Incredible value for money, will definitely reference this place to others.

Our villa was not ready when we arrived despite we informed the owner. No english speaking stuff, no welcome smiles/ Many lights in the garden were out of work, so it was scarry to walk to my villa in the dark.

Villa was very modern and stylish, situated in a quiet place 800 m from 7\11. View from our villa to the rice field was stunning. Breakfast was small but nice. The owner provides free transfer from the pier and 100 bt per person to the pier.

Nothing… It was the most magnificent piece of property and well-maintained I’ve seen in a very long time.

We must say, the property was so well designed, and it was a pleasure to be there. Just super impressive! Lovely brick tower to walk up to watch sunset or just check out the view out to the ocean/bay. So much care and precise detail was put into this property! It is so well cared for, our room is so very clean, and comfortable. we were extremely impressed and had to stay wonderful stay. If you’re able to book a room here, make sure you get one with a pool. It was so relaxing! Just an incredible time here on Koh Yao Noi!!! Ric was just so kind to help us with transportation and information. Highly recommend!!! We will return again. Soon, we hope :)

There was no room service during our 3 nights stay. No one came to take out the trash, toilet bin...not comfortable.

The location by the rice fields is amazing. Especially at morning when you can watch a cows walking around. Whole area is beautiful.
