Initially we got a little lost and went to the wrong location, but the host repsonded immediately and we were able to find the location within a few minutes. The rooms are comfy. main lounge is huge with a good size balcony. Location is great!

Quite difficult to find halal food restaurant around the property location.

It is located at the city center. The property was so spacious and comfy. All facilities were available as promoted in Booking.com. The property is comfortably fit big family up to 8-10 persons. The laundry service is also available on the ground floor.

Just some things to note: Shower in main room did not drain so covered the floor in water. Only one shower out of 3 was working. Aircon only in bedrooms not in main living area but fans were okay. There are 2 flights of steep stairs so bear in mind if you have heavy luggage. Beds are hard and pillows lumpy and uncomfortable.

Spacious and plenty of room for big family. Good facilities in kitchen. Close to everything. Very secure. Has TV with Netflix etc. staff great at getting us into the room quickly.

Accommodation was within walking distance to Krabi Walking Street and Vogue Shopping Mall. There were also halal food within walking distance. The place was big and spacious and TV had Netflix.

What an incredible place to stay. We loved the decor, the facilities and being on the top floor with patio and close to the heart of Krabi town. We loved the fact that we were able to do our laundry downstairs. Security A+. The rooms were really spacious and with really good aircon and comfortable beds. The bathroom facilities, fridge, utensils, and everything that was there to make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. We look forward to staying here again.

- No elevator, only stairs to get to the apartment. - No A/C in common areas, only fans. A/C only in the bedrooms. - They charge 500 THB charge for a late check out. Even if it's only 1 extra hour.

Clean and very spacious apartment with 2 toilets and 3 showers, perfect for large groups. The beds were comfortable. We have small children, so we appreciate the extra toys and games available in the living room.

Our family absolutely loved the Otter House. An oversized spacious apartment, that was super clean and in great location near the river and night markets. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children.

Wish we had booked for longer!!

So surprisingly amazing! when we first saw Otter House online, it seemed like a no-brainer to book the 2-bedroom sky loft apartment for our group when we arrive in Krabi. We didn’t realize it would be SO nice! This is a great place to just hang out with friends or family and enjoy Krabi. It’s clean and well equipped and Kitidaporn was so helpful at booking our taxis for us. Would absolutely recommend and wish we had stayed longer!

Beds very hard. Stairs very narrow, but that’s just nitpicking

Loved otter house, it was perfect for a young family, it’s modern, clean and a pleasure to stay at. It had lots of good restaurants around and the hosts will inform you of the best places to eat around. The pier is close so you can easily do boat rides to islands. Also bonus laundry downstairs.

There was smell of naphthalene in the stairs. No elevator.

The apartment was very big and very clean. The rooms are equipped with A/C units. The staff were very kind. The owner was very helpful and communicative and helped us with the cab from the airport. Location is great if you like to be close to the city center.

It was excellent!

We couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Krabi Town. the flat is lovely, very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It was great with kids, but I think it is also a perfect fit for couples, groups or friends. it is located in the middle of everything, so many nice markets around, the temple, the pier - and all information you need about it - including a great map and a big picture on the wall for orientation. Furthermore, the super friendly host helped us to book all our trips, transfers, and provided us with so many tips, that we could have stayed even a week longer. We loved it!

Absolutely nothing.

Everything! This apartment was incredible. It has absolutely everything you could wish for and more. It is so clean and is decorated perfectly. The location is ideal for exploring Krabi. The check in process was also super smooth and everyone was so helpful. The communication between the hosts and myself was super efficient and they were beyond helpful! They even sorted out our onward travel for us. I really do hope to stay here again during my trip.
