Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe isolation need to improve, can hear the other rooms noise easily, also the air conditioner's position is straight to the head which is not very comfortable, also in the morning when children is yelling in the lobby, you get disturbed from the sleep easily at early morning.

Thailandwe didn’t like the shower as it was inside the bathtub and we were flooding the whole bathroom each time we took a shower. we also had some ants in the bed, no idea where they were coming from. the breakfast is okay for people who eat meat, as a vegetarian you’ll can only eat toast with Marmelade and some cereals.
we liked the location and that there is plenty of parking available. the security guy was very nice. big bed with comfy mattress.
