Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAround the pool area, other guests were listening to their own music on portable speakers. Whilst hotel staff did ask the guests to stop it wasn't enforced. The music was loud, distracting and made it hard to relax and chill by the pool at times.
Hotel was clean and tidy, well decorated. Staff were incredibly friendly. Location was fantastic - quick walk to terminal 21 and easy to grab the taxis that drive constantly around the loop to get around the main area.

SwitzerlandThe wardrobe inside the bathroom is inconvenient, made it hard to pass thru when your companion is at the same time in the bathroom. The shower door is not water tight, so after shower theres a pool of water on the floor outside the shower cabin.
The possibility to open the glass door is graet to have fresh air in the room and to sit on the balcony. If you dont like aircon there is a ceiling fan and the wifi is strong. There are good seating areas specially at the dining area where you can seat outside or inside,

ThailandI have nothing against Indians but the hotel was full of Indians (group tour). You can't even relax or sit somewhere quietly because of loud voices from Indians. Our breakfast could have been better if the Indians know how to even get in the line. But the facilities were okay.
The property is in the centre of Pattaya and close to the beach.
