We notified management of a problem with the boat driver they booked us and they did nothing. Value for money was poor: - beds were uncomfortably hard - bungalows were clean but old and tired, with holes in curtains - no satellite TV choice - same singer playing same songs to backing track every night - poor value for money - very expensive rooms so expected better quality. A senior manager was sitting in the restaurant one morning speaking very negatively and condescendingly about foreigners without realising we understood Thai language. This left a very negative impression with us. we won’t be going back to this resort.

Proximity of bungalow to the beach. Pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great people.

Food and drink provided on and around the resort was ridiculously over priced and not good at all. The breakfast on the resort was not pleasant. Bathroom drainage needs attention as the shower drain was blocked and a really bad smell was coming from the bathroom. prices to move around the island was pretty expensive to

the restaurant got busy so the waiting time was quite long. also, this hotel is a boat ride from the main attractions so remember this when booking

Everything. Our stay was horriblr in pp erawan. We checked in on 27th December 22 at around 2 pm. Their staff at reception clearly told us that we have breakfast and thai massage including in our hotel stay,. But next morning when we went for breakfast they did not even served the vegetarian food. I asked them to atleast give us a glass of warm milk but they refused to give us. Staff was very rude. In our room when a lady came to clean our room, she broke a glass but for that also the lady at the reception chargrd us 300 bath for 1 glass. Then next day we went for thai massage but she refuses to give. She gave our booking to other couple. On 28 th December we had a booking for tail boat at 11 am. We paid 2500 bath in advance and confirmed our booking, but when we came at 11am at reception for the boat, she said that boat will come at 4pm now and return at 6 pm. We just had 2 hour trip and did not saw any island. One more thing happened to us in PP Erawan, there from our room 2 things got stolen and when we complained about them they said sorry we don't know. I strongly recommend that one should not go to such absurd places. We really had a vedt very horrible experience.

almost everything. No elevator so we had to climb a lot. The room had mold in it (see photo) and the toilets smelled terrible (sewage). We called the staff but they just ignored it and didn’t change us the room. The restaurant was the slowest I’ve been to, waiting for 90 minutes for the food to arrive. The WIFI was terrible, having to re-connect every hour. Mattress was really hard. The safety box didn’t work.

Only the location and the private tours organized by the resort. The beach is the most beautiful I saw

we had a tour and the tour guide didn’t specify we can only see the baby shark in one island and when we realise it was too late to came back… probably misunderstand or poor English communication. on the way back I have been charge a little over price for came back, usually the ferry is 600 a person plus extra 200 each because we are a little far from the main pier, but when I count it it was much more then that. but was too late I couldn’t say anything because the ferry has to depart. probably need to be more careful lack on food, they didn’t have many things are showed in the menu, and breakfast is included but low quality

the location is awesome and the staff so welcoming, clean, so helpful and kind. also everyday smiling and happy, I like that

It's not a part of the hotel, but one have to be careful if wants to come after 18 to the hotel, as the prices for the transport can get really expensive.

The personal and the welcoming. Someone came to pick us up from the tailboat to help us with the luggage. Then they let us first sit and enjoy a welcome drink. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Good breakfast also. They decorared the room, as it was a special date for us. Just in front of the beach.

Wonderful reception with welcome juice, room upgrade and area information. Food is good and service is very good, always felt looked after and with a smile. Would definitely recommend and return
