Rooms rather to stay for a night / two not longer. On arrival, we found a not-very-well-kept room with air conditioning that could not be adjusted. Very thin walls where you can hear everyone around.

Location of the facility away from the noisy center. Close proximity to the beach.

The conditions of the accommodation where a bit run down, lots of places where things can get in and bite you. Mosquito defences are needed

The location is brilliant at the top end of the beach. Close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife but far enough away to be relaxed. Beautiful scenery and Beach.

Not clean room for 3 day's without change towals, pillow and staff bed , with a lot Ants in the room, and also without put water free bottle in the room

At our arrival the aircon wasn’t working, apparently was an issue with other rooms as well… at the end they manage to change our room.

Location is superb. Is the second time I’m coming back to this hotel as quality/price offer is the best. Don’t expect to be in 5 star hotel. Rooms are old and they might be focus a bit more on cleaning… but overall I would go back.

Rooms are very basic and only blankets are provided. Shower did not work well in en suite and pressure was terrible. A/C leaked during the night and made our floor very wet.

Property was in a good location, 10 min walk from main bars and restaurants and also right beside the sea. Secluded with no noise.

A bit far from the centre but it’s ok because it makes the hotel quiet. The towels should be better, there are tiny ants in our room, air conditioning doesn’t work well.

The shower was located next to the toilet without any separation, so it was uncomfortably to take a shower in there, also the bathroom doesn’t have any air conditioner or a fan.

The hotel is 500m away from the pier. Walkable distance. The place is away from the party noise and we can have a very relaxing experience in the beach, where no one will be available post 10PM. The place is very safe to stay, even if you walk around 2AM. A hospital is present nearby.

1. We staid 4 nights, all this time no one cleaned room or even place next to room, provided water or toilet paper. After 2 days room was full in sand, since entrance from outside directly to the room. 2. Cockroach 🪳. We found this guest during 2nd night in bathroom, and tried to kill him whole night. When in the morning staff opened reception and we asked for help they just gave us spray to put around him and pretended that they don’t speak English and there is nothing they can do. Sleep afterwards in this room was to scary, shower - was just awful feeling. This shower (whole in the floor in the bathroom next to toilet) was in general awful, even before we found cockroach. 3. TV didn’t work at all, from other reviews we read that TVs are not working in all rooms

Cleanliness was dubious as bed sheets looked old and/or stained, there are no facilities and bungalows are crammed next to each other, Overall in general Phi Phi is overbuilt, over-touristed, over priced, good for a short relaxing stay and to get morning boat excursions

The location isn't close the Tonsai Pier and the downtown. We have to walk 20 minutes to come there

No privacy whatsoever bunglows on top of each other ,staff not that interested when asked for sum thing no bed side tables ,or covers over duvet, over priced for what u get would look for sumthing same area for less money
