Lovely clean, welcoming and friendly staff couldn't do enough to help if you needed anything. Quiet in the evening, would stay here again for sure.

Staff keep it very clean, good friendly service and provide advice on trips and bookings. Easy access to the sites of Ayutthaya and lots of eating and drinking opportunities nearby including breakfast and lunches through the day in the dining area or round the pool. Pool very welcome after a day touring the temples !

We stayed in a room on the first floor, nicely decorated and our own private couch on the balcony. Tables and chairs around the side and in front of the greenhouse. Comfortable bed. 3 min. walk to restaurants and bars & lively nightlife. You need a tuk-tuk to go to the sights. NIce swimming pool.

There was a beautiful view of a small lake with water lilies from our little balcony. Unfortunately the chair cushions outside on our balcony were all faded,frayed and badly torn and did not make it inviting-just a small thing but new cushions would make all the difference!

Very clean and in a good location near cafes and bars and market. Walkable to historical park. Pleasant pool and good breakfast in nice surroundings. They change your bed linen every day which is appreciated. Thank you Sue for your kindness and help ! Sorry not to see you before we left.

There is no elevator in the building. Our travel companion was quite elderly, so it was quite difficult to manage, but luckily one family at the hotel was kind enough to offer us a room switch.

Rooms and furniture need a little updating. Take plenty of mossie repellent to Ayutthaya.

Calling it a resort is misleading. It’s a guest house with perfectly ok facilities. Pool pretty small, but good enough for a cooling dip.

Try to sell you trips as soon as you hit the reception. Although they clean alot some places need to be tidied up ie covered area for breakfast the windows. Everything is on top of each other quite a tight space. We had a view over the rear of the hotel it's ashame the lake looks more like a swamp area and tidy balcony. 2 nights was enough

Can’t think of anything.

This is a quiet location on a dead end street, but very close to the center of tow. Many restaurants and some bars are two blocks away. Also, there is a beautiful pool which hits the spot after a hot day of site seeing. Also, the owner arranged a two hour group boat trip to see some of the major sites. She also arranged a tuk tuk to take me to the train station.

The pool was great, however, since the weather was so windy, the water got so cold. We swam only for a bit.

We love the room, it was big and clean. We get the sunlight and also beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were big! We got 2 queen beds for three of us. My daughter loves the hanging lamp next to her bed.

The swimming pool is quite basic in my opinion, but certainly it’s not the most important thing in Ayutthaya

We enjoyed our stay! Mrs. Sue made our experience special with her engaging conversations and very British sense of humour. She also makes delicious pancakes for breakfast, that I totally recommend! The location is convenient, temples and the night market are within 30 minutes walk, and there are many food options nearby. The room is not very specious but there is outside space with tables and sofas.
