we received a warm welcome from Sue who showed us our family room: clean and modern with the pool right outside the door: ideal for the children! the location of the hotel is great, next to the backpackers street and if you want to visit the temples in a fun way other than bicycle, ask the reception for Mena: a very nice woman tuk tuk driver. she’ll bring you the all the sights and the price is good. the kids were sad to leave, they love the little dogs from Mrs Pu, the owner of this great family place!

The owner and her sister were very friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. After a hot day exploring temples, the pool was a welcome refreshment. Two of the most beautiful temple ruines were only ten minutes by foot, and there are several nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Stayed here a few times now. Location is very good. The staff are always happy and always want to help you if needed. Breakfast is good with a mixture of foods. Good western breakfast. The Hotel is next to Soi Farang. Not a busy as it was pre covid, but still have some nice little bars and restaurants. Would I stay here again ? Yes

The staff was nice and helpful. Nice pool area, very good location. We were there for 1 night, and booked a sunset boat trip for the arrival day and a tukutuk driver to take us to the temple the next day. Well organized. :)

The bed was on the soft side to my liking, but it was ok for a couple nights.

The staff and owner were extremely helpful. Communication was possible with Thai, English and surprisingly Japanese.

We had room at 2nd floor with view to pool. The room needs some updates and refurbishments to get full score.

First of all I will say the owner was very helpfull and friendly. The locations was great with walking distance to attractions, river and restaurants. The breakfast area was modern and nice, never less good coffee made from espresso machine! Pool was ok with some "insta-friendly" spot's, and there was great outdoor seating areas for relaxing.

Wonderful Pool, comfy bed, good shower and efficient aircon. Breakfast was excellent and enormous! The Location is perfect in a quiet cul de sac, at the end of the road are bars restaurants and tuk tuks. Just a short distance to historical sites or to catch boat trip recommended by hotel.

The room was not equiped toothbrush but that's not a big deal, I brought mine anyway.

The staff is helpful. The hotel is located right at the street close to minivan station and motorbik rental station. Moreover tuk tuk car parks at minivan station also. So basically you can easily find the transportation mean you prefer. There are many bars around so it's fun at night but don't worry it's still very quiet. We enjoyed a live acoustic music, it was great!

Everything was perfectly fine

Beautiful place and very good value for money in a well located area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good clean rooms. Decent breakfast in the mornings and a well maintained pool to take a dip when the days are hot. The location is great, as there are nice restaurants with music walking distance from the room. You can walk from the hotel to all the scenic areas/temples, but also the staff has affordable day trip packages for doing sightseeing on a boat along the rivers if you want. This is definitely a place I will recommend staying at on a midrange budget. Worth every penny

Don't expect too much and you'll be positively surprised

This stay is very hidden when approaching first, but still easy to find with gps. There are a view restaurants and bars near by. One of the main attractions the night market but it is a good 25 minute walk away. To see the temples your either need a car or book a tour which is offered by the hotel. When you enter the stay you feel like being in a living room, with the granny watching TV in it. Fast check in. Great atmosphere. The room is simple but clean. Hot water with good pressure. Cozy bed. We really liked the big pool. The breakfast was good too.

- The boss/owner Mrs. P.U. is really commited to make the guests happy. For example I could highly recommend the boat tour starting at 4 p.m. - The hotel is ideally located to explore Ayutthaya by bicycle and find some nice location for dinner in walking distance. This is the reason why it is not so quiet - nice pool - very clean

Rooms and bathroom are very basic, it looks more modern on booking.

Nice staff, quiet area, some relaxed bars close by and overall definitely one of the best options in Ayutthaya.
