Asked for airport taxi which I didnt get. Had to call them at the airport and they had to call the driver. Waited for them and they said that the driver got into an accident hours ago...I had to pay extra for airport taxi at the airport. Definitely dont rely on them for transport.

The shower and sink taps would spray water since it was loose.

Very clean and a spacious room. It was also a quieter area of Bangkok which was nice. The fridge and kettle were also a bonus!

The hotel facilities are outdated like air-condition, TV.

We feel safe in spite of a busy street. Near to almost where we wanted to go. Staff is very helpful and their is a lift and hot water. There is also a supply of water and coffee every day and staff are cleaning the room and making the bed everyday.overall it was a good place to stay.

Room was a bit sparser than those in the photos. The little electric shower tried its best, but wasn't particularly good. Despite the advertising posters on the walls, no breakfast.

Location was good for what I needed, a block away from trains. Taxis into Sukumvit were ca. 200 THB. Quiet side road was good. The room was clean, aircon was great and the bed was comfy.

- WiFi is on and off - Room is dated - One elevator, which barely can fit 2 people - Any taxi coming in - you have to get a stamp from Reception to give it to the driver, so they can exit the territory without the charge.

Staff: attentive, lady at Reception helped to fix WiFi couple of times. Location: Good. Not very central, but close. Quiet. Close to 7eleven, ATMs, laundry etc Room: dated Housekeeping: Cleaning quality is good, everyday service, if DND, they leave toilet paper, water and coffee for you. 10 out of 10. Facilities: Restaurant was closed. Overall: Good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, good sized and very reasonably priced room. Close to a busy area of Bangkok but this street is an oasis of calm . Good Thai and Indian restaurants in easy walking distance. More welcoming and personal than bigger more expensive chain hotels.

I think I was given a wrong room, I can't remember. I booked for Deluxe Twin room normal price $55 30m2 but was given Superior Twin room normal price $48 28m2 instead. I wasn'ts sure if there was any adjustment on payment.

Close to Platinum, CentralwOrld, Erawan Shrine, and Pratunam. Quiet street. Staff are good. I asked to add a mattress on top of one of family bed, which the staff did the next day.

During my stay, I changed three rooms and the comfort was different - one room had a smart TV, the other two did not... A slightly different arrangement, small differences in the wear and tear of the equipment... Just little things really

I didnt like that they didn't have just some of the basics. Tissues for example, soap, hair dryer. Just 3 basic things that would have really made a difference, but in saying that it was an easy fix for us (except the dryer). The hotel was a little run down, walls are very thin you can hear everything but it didn't really bother us, we would get back and pass out.

The Staff were amazing! The language barrier was a little issue, but nothing that Google translate couldn't help. The room was cleaned daily and the position is good if you want to go out at anytime for food or a walk or even a midnight massage. Staff were very attentive, we hated our towels the first night that we arrived they were like a microfibre towel...something you would clean glass with so we spoke to the front desk and next day new normal towels were in our room. They forgot the water on the first day but it never happened again. So that was great, they never needed to be told twice
