Pai gets very cold at night (stayed in February) but there is no heat in the rooms. I hadn't packed appropriate clothes for this type of morning weather, it probably would have been fine if I had been better outfitted.

Excellent hosts! We felt welcomed and hosts offered options of things to do in the area and helped arranged tours/taxis. The view is beautiful and breakfast is very nice. The location is very easy to walk into the town. I would stay here again!

Honestly everything was great

Location and amenities were very nice. The place is simple but really modern. The real star of this location is the customer service. You won’t find a better place in Pai to stay with a more welcoming vibe. Really nice scenery. Have a chat with the resident security if you get a chance, he likes head scratches.

Leaving, wish we could've stay for ever!

Amazing units with great view. Loved sitting in the hammock and relax at dusk. The hosts are lovely and will make you feel home as soon as you check in. We arrived a bit early for check in (11am) and they kindly let us access our room. From far our best accommodation during our stay in Thaïland Great breakfast too! Walking distance to the main street. The list is long.. just stay there! :)

Very nice couple is running this place. You have everything you need here. We stayed in a bungalow with a fan at February and it was great whether wise. You have a great view to the mountain from your balcony. The hammock is a nice addition to it. Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the night market, but the area itself is very peaceful and quiet. We would stay more if we could! Highly recommend!

Just perfect! The location (stunning view and not far from town to walk) and lovely people. Super comfy room they’d really thought about and set out very nicely. I’d quite happily have stayed a week!

Need a luggage rack or bench for suitcases in the room. A small bedside table for the other side of bed would be helpful. Cushions for the porch chairs would be an improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pai princess. The staff were super kind and accomodating. Such an incredible view from our bungalow and it’s only a short walk to the main part of town. It was the absolute cherry on top being able to meet and play with the resident dog “Thanos”. Thank you so much for having us! We will definitely be back!

All is good. A slight improvement could be some better chair(s) on the balcony to sit longer and enjoy the view with a drink and a book.

Very nice owners/staff that helped us finding good transportation in the area but also to our next destination. The accommodation was very good and clean and located in the quiet area of Pai, but still within short walking distance to the action.

No aircon. Portion for breakfast could have been bigger.

Walking distance to Pai walking street - takes about 5-10mins to reach by using the bridge. Staffs were helpful in helping us get a taxi to go to the resort. Breakfast were provided as well. Good scenery. A very relaxing place for a short holiday. Will definitely come back for a second time.

The staff were super friendly and helped a lot with a few personal issues I had during my stay. Very clean, bed was comfy, surround by beautiful scenery and was very peaceful. Their dog, Thanos is adorable. Would definitely stay again!

The staff working at pai princess Resort were so friendly, helpful and polite! The big dog was absolutely beautiful and very friendly :) The huts are in a great location around 7 minutes walk to the main part of town. The fans that were provided in the room meant it was perfectly cool to sleep in even without AC, and the hammock outside was super relaxing- it’s a very peaceful place! Great that there is also a mosquito net for the bed as being in the countryside there are a few mosquitoes and bugs around

Nothing! It was perfect.

Amazing! The location is absolutely perfect. A 6/7 minute walk to Pai Walking Street , yet so far from any noise pollution , the most peaceful stay we have had in Thailand. The bed is so comfy! The resort hosts are lovely people , and their dog is so friendly and playful. They also put on a lovely breakfast all cooked fresh for you depending on what you want. Could not recommend this resort enough!!
