How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pool was shared as a public pool. Not possible to have a quiet peaceful swim Pool towels were not in room and had to ask for them No bedside lamp and had to unplug fridge to plug in kettle

The only thing I didn't like and really that wasn't their fault it was mine as I didn't read the small print when I booked it 6 months before. I paid for 2 adults and a child so expected to get a double and a single but when we were shown to the room it was just 2 singles. I should have checked that small print as it was correct on my booking and upgrading to a double and 1 single almost doubled the price so I left it as it was.
It was a great place to stay and a great price considering it has a decent little pool. Very good buffet breakfast. Rooms were of a reasonable standard with all the usually amenities, air conditioning, TV, fridge, a kettle including water, coffee and tea.

We go as couple but they didn't give queen size big bed , instead 2 single bed . Other things were ok .
Beautiful resort decorated like a park and have a swimming pool. We go by train and it was only 300 meter from nong Khai train station. Price was reasonable less than 1000 bath for 2 person including English and thai buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful . Call grab for us . Our room tv wasn't working then they change to a villa 💯 . Breakfast was standard in that price .overall a good and clean resort . If u go by train it's best for u and only 1 km from lao border .

Its very close.to the treinstation, but besides that you re pretty far away from everything, so every time you want to go out you have to take a tuktuk, Unless you rent a car or motorbike.
Nice little park with bungalows and a pool.

decorative pillows gave out a dusty idea, better to remove and leave a beautiful white clean bed
Majestic garden, super well kept with beautiful pool area and coffee area, although espresso quality was not so good. Kind host at reception, made us feel home right away. room simple but in good conditions

Lovely gardens, very nice staff, excellent location if you are travelling by train just a few minutes walk from the railway station. Easy access to the border crossing.

Everything good.
I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived from central Laos. Dropped my luggage off in the room and went straight to the air-conditioned bar for a cool beer. Was considering eating elsewhere, but a musician started playing and the environment was so relaxing, I stayed. Best breakfast in Thailand and Laos so far. Less than 5 mins walk to the train station.l

We wanted to be right by the train station as we had just crossed the border that day and had an early train booked the following morning. Location was perfect, literally 3 minutes walk away. Pool and room were fab and exactly the afternoon we needed before the train journey. Great breakfast.

The walls are very thin so can hear neighbours and children running along the corridors.
Excellent location if you need to take the train as it’s only 4 min from the train station. We couldnt find any good restaurants nearby but the hotel has a cafe that does meals but am not sure if it is any good.

Breakfast starting at 07.00 hours. This could/should be earlier upon request, especially when you need to catch an early train. The WiFi didn't seem to work in the room
Swimming pool. Divers breakfast. Vicinity to the Nong Khai station so we could right after breakfast to catch our 07.45 train to Bangkok.

Nothing. Reception forgot to order my taxi
The pool was most welcome on a hot Thai night. When my taxi didn't arrive three young staff on two motorcycle transported myself and luggage to the train station.

WiFi a little bit slowly
Everything perfect. The servicecrew is very caring and excellent. I really enjoyed my stay in this very nice accommodation. Thank you to Khun Dao and May, they are very friendly employees and do a very good job
