The beach is very near, but we didn't love it as there's a road separating the bungalows from the beach, and the sea is very tidal here, so you don't get many hours of swimmable water. We ended up going by motorbike to the north of the island to a more secluded beach each day.

Nice bungalows in a garden setting, simple but clean and with nice cotton quilts. Recommend using the aircon for an extra charge, to get a good night's sleep - we found it disturbingly noisy and windy with the fan on. Friendly smily host, although he speaks very little English, so it was difficult to do something quite simple like book extra nights for example.

The Pasai Beach street looks like it was hit hard by covid, as there are quite a lot of abandoned places/resorts

Lovely little bungalows, very quiet and great location. Beautiful beach out the front. Gets hot at night but is good budget accomodation and the island hopping trip booked through them was also fabulous. Loved the little hammock out the front.

Location is amazing! We booked a 5 island boat tour through our host which we really enjoyed! Stayed 1 night longer than we planned to. There is a very cute cat named Gabriel who will try to steal your snacks!

We really loved this place! It is exactly as it says it is. We had our own little bungalow 1mins from the beach and as we also had a fridge we were able to have our breakfast out on the porch. We definitely stay again!

As other reviews say, room gets very hot and bathroom is semi-open to the elements and bugs so not great to use at night. However we expected this so we were prepared!

The location of the accommodation was perfect, really close to a few small street food stalls and some beach bars. Excellent value for money for the island and the staff really do their best to help even though their English is not fluent.

During the day it was very hot in the fan room. Bed and pillows are a bit too hard for me. Cold shower but not a problem with these temperatures.

Nice new bungalow with your own patio and a seating area. During the night comfortable because dropping temperatures. Big fridge and water cooker! Very clean and super close to the beach. Wifi was OK. You need a scooter to go around

The bungalows are lovely with all the basics you need, plus a fridge. Perfect location for the beach, restaurants and bars. The owner arranged bicycle hire and laundry service for us. We loved this island - stunning scenery and friendly people without crowds of tourists. You can get to see the entire island by bicycle. We planned to stay for three nights on the island but ended up staying six. Cozy Bar on the beach is a must for drinks with a view, served with a smile. We witnessed the lunar eclipse from there - amazing!

We booked the ferry to Koh Phi Phi through them because it was the same price as everywhere else (1200 incl. transfer to the port). We had them confirm multiple times the transfer is included and they told us the time the taxi would pic us up. However no taxi came so we had to find a separate one (which we had to pay ourselves). The driver called someone (probably the owner) and told us we didn't have transfer included in the first place. Probably just some misunderstanding but almost missed the ferry and all the other places offering the same service def included transfer so that was a bit unpleasant. Not saying don't stay in this property but maybe book the ferry with someone else who speaks better English. :)

Owners are very nice, ok English, very chill regarding checkout times, all in all pretty solid and definitely great value for money.

A slight misunderstanding about the aircon unit and there was an extra 500thb per day to use.

Really lovely little price wood cabin. With aircon, anti mosquito incense and net provided, with a kettle and basic necessities. Just what we needed. Loved the front porch area. And the staff were really helpful and helped us to book transport to our next place and gave local recommendations!

My first three nights I was in cabin 12 which is nothing like the photos! Plastic and poor quality, not at all the same vibe AND opposite a rubbish site!!!!! MAKE SURE NOT TO HAVE CABINS 11 or 12. However the other cabins were great!

Initially the room we were given was not very good at all. It was clean and quiet but the bed was like sleeping on concrete with a brick for a pillow. It was nothing like the pictures which we booked from. Oh and it overlooked a dumping ground area. Not very scenic at all. We hardly slept at all, it was so uncomfortable we searched a found somewhere else for 2 nights to be comfortable. After 3 nights we were moved after we complained, the other bungalows were 100% hence why they got 3 stars. The annoying thing was we had to pay for the other place and paid the same as everyone in the nicer bungalows. Location is lovely, peaceful and the family are nice. Just don’t stay in bungalow 11 or 12!

The bungalows are sadly built in a way that absorbs heat (concrete bathroom, not enough airflow), without tall trees in the garden for shade. It was too hot for us to be in the bungalow from 10-5pm-ish, so we spent a lot of time in other shady parts of the island/beaches. Bungalows could also do with a bit of maintenance... Our door didn't lock, sink drain blocked, taps broken etc.

Nice to hear birds in the morning. The place is right next to the beach. Very cheap compared to other places in Koh Yao Noi. Family who run Pasai are very friendly and welcoming.

The host doesn't speak too much English and when we arrived we didn't realise he had asked if we wanted the aircon room (having booked the room with a fan only because it was 400 baht/night cheaper). He put us in the room with the aircon and having booked the room a while ago and no communication that being in this room would cost extra, we didn't think to say anything. When we left the stay we had to pay an additional 2,000 baht because of this miscommunication. The laundry service offered by the host also costs a few hundred baht which we didn't realise. Honestly though, none of this was really a bad thing. It's so hot there that a fan wouldn't do us justice and so we recommend the airconditioned room anyway (unless you're on a tight budget). Having our host wash, dry and fold our clothes at our stay was also very convenient. Just keep in mind that there may be an English barrier and so these things can happen.

Fantastic location. Lots of restaurants and cafes near you which you can walk to. Pasai beach is at your door step and is beautiful. It is a little bit polluted but thats most Thai beaches for you. It is also very tidal but still swimmable every time of the day (morning is best though). The room/bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There was also a fridge. Take note, this accomodation doesn't have water filters so you will need to buy plastic water bottles for drinking water (unless you have your own water filter). The host is lovely and will fix you up with a scooter and organise day activities for you too (we recommend the boat trip to nearby islands).
