One thing I might add will be a more effective way for the resort to keep flies off the buffet food and also off the noodle station they had running most mornings. If you are staying in building 7 with direct pool access they should just supply you with swimming towels. When eating at the buffet they could add a eating / finished system as we were away from the table getting food and the eggs we had ordered plus the noodles station food turned up and was quickly cleared before we returned, maybe they’re too efficient at their job haha.

Buffet breakfast was amazing selection, very fast and efficient on special orders. Location is very good with walking distance to the beach and the lively night life. Our room was perfect position that we didn’t get any noise pollution once we decided to head in for the night. Pool ammenities are amazing with the two swim up bars and very friendly staff.

If you’re looking for halal food, the food selection is very limited.

It’s clean. Very suitable for families with children. Their pool is the main attraction. Walking distance to Patong beach.

We stayed for our first couple of nights to be close to the busy night life in Patong, was a great spot. The rooms were lovely, well appointed, clean and cool.

The room was a little small, however very modern and comfortable. Loved walking out of the room straight to the pool. Location was perfect. Staff are very friendly and really want to assist to ensure you have a great stay. Will certainly return and stay here again.

Shower need to be fixed. Consistent temperature is not maintained of water during taking shower. It gets very hot sometime without changing setting.

The directions on how to enter the property was not good on the ocean side. Our taxi driver could not find courtyard Marriott as he thought it was still Merlin only that we had visited Patong last year that we new it was the Courtyard Marriott. Signage could be better at the entrance as well. Also the walkway towards the beach within the grounds has poor lighting. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Pool, amenities, location and room were all great. Staff were excellent. Check in and out was very good.

Our room was old when we were located in one of the old buildings (building 7). However, when they moved us to the new building the room was modern and clean and we loved it(building 4) Also, loved how the new room had direct access to the pool.

The pool is beautiful, the resort has a beachfront. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I loved how we were able to book our tours through the hotel.

Location is good. Very close to the beach. Children like the swimming pools and slides. Food is not bad. Staff is very friendly.

Bed was a bit smaller than other hotels with King beds. Nothing else.

The pools and gym were very nice. The rooms aircon was very effective, and the bed comfortable, and rooms clean. The food from the restaurant was very good as well. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great.

Despite hanging my towel up to use a second time it was changed to a clean towel each day. Waste of efficiency.

I’ve stayed there many times over the years. Location is excellent and although central to everything it is secure and quiet of a night.
