Shower need to be fixed. Consistent temperature is not maintained of water during taking shower. It gets very hot sometime without changing setting.

The directions on how to enter the property was not good on the ocean side. Our taxi driver could not find courtyard Marriott as he thought it was still Merlin only that we had visited Patong last year that we new it was the Courtyard Marriott. Signage could be better at the entrance as well. Also the walkway towards the beach within the grounds has poor lighting. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Pool, amenities, location and room were all great. Staff were excellent. Check in and out was very good.

Our room was old when we were located in one of the old buildings (building 7). However, when they moved us to the new building the room was modern and clean and we loved it(building 4) Also, loved how the new room had direct access to the pool.

The pool is beautiful, the resort has a beachfront. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I loved how we were able to book our tours through the hotel.

Location is good. Very close to the beach. Children like the swimming pools and slides. Food is not bad. Staff is very friendly.

Bed was a bit smaller than other hotels with King beds. Nothing else.

The pools and gym were very nice. The rooms aircon was very effective, and the bed comfortable, and rooms clean. The food from the restaurant was very good as well. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great.

Big, clean, probably the most well maintained garden and pool area I've ever seen. The room was very comfortable but I found the bed somewhat a bit hard. Property is good location right on the beach right in the middle or Phuket's busiest area maybe. My girlfriend really enjoyed the pool aerobics The breakfast was definitely worth the pricey stay. Great selection and well staffed.. Didn't get a chance to use the gym but I saw it and it looked great. Also bonus points for 2 beautiful kittens hanging out by the pool area.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Marriott hotel Patong. The staff were nice and friendly and were very helpful too. We had an incident where our room door was not working well and they had a door technician to get it fixed. The toilet shower wasn't very strong though and preferred showering in the bathtub instead. We were located in the older building but it was a quiet space which we liked. The kids pool was amazing. My Child loved it very much. will definitely visit again in the future.

The property is old and needs updates. The bathroom doesn’t stay closed u less locked. The air is humid with AC. The bars are mediocre. I will acknowledge that most hotels are pretty dated in this area.

The staff was great. Breakfast was a true cultural experience with a variety of meat and vegetarian options.

Excellent hotel, clean and well located! We stayed there for 3 nights after a bad experience in another hotel nearby. This one was great, the staff is very friendly and the room are clean and large.

the stuff is very friendly and we felt like we are at home, beautiful watter park and pool, amazing stuff in the pool bar and I even got a birthday cake as a suprise from reception, we simply loved to stay there
