The river swamp Also not enough choice for breakfast

Nice location , very Friendly hotel staff and very friendly breakfast staff .Nice pool but the river swamp behind It not nice at all ,Aircon worked well, room was always nice and chilly. Tv international channels.shower pressure good . Towels were changed every day also the room was cleaned everyday.

When the Balcony Door was opened up, the stink from the Sewer Canal behind the Hotel was a bit uncomfortable.

The Hotel was within a Walking Distance to the Main Patong Beach Area and other amenities.

Their breakfast almost was the same. They barely changed anything. And the rooms by the street was extremely noisy even and two in the morning. and the fact that they only gave one key to the room was bad because every time we had to leave the room, our air conditioner unit and other outlets was turning off so when we came back to the room, it was extremely hot.

The staff treated the reception, it was not friendly! It was quite far from the sea and the city centre، Lighting was entering the room and the windows were not soundproof

Not many lights in the room. The room was very dark in the evening and I had to use my phone torch to pack my suitcase.

Great location and close to Patong beach. Many restaurants, bars and a night market within walking distance.

The pool, while very nice, didn’t get a lot of sun (we were there the last 2 weeks of March) so the water was cool. The waterfall feature was very noisy but only ran a few times throughout the day. Our room had a very small balcony that only fit 1 chair and you had to turn off the air con if you were outside because the unitwas right above the chair.

Good location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the beach strip. Great market right across the road with lots of food vendors to choose from. Also close to many restaurants and other shops. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were very good.

Bed was super hard. Also breakfast was really poor selection and because I wanted cold rather than hot coffee it’s extra fees each day. I only went to breakfast 3 times, it was naff. Would recommend room only. Also pool is small, only 6 lounges, not really suitable for busy periods or families as one family would take up all pool and lounges. Gym had 2 things in it and some dumbbells, was smaller than my toilet at home. I wouldn’t class this as a gym.

At first, I was put in a room that did not have half the amenities that I booked. I requested another room and they quickly and graciously accommodated!

In bathroom sometimes was not nice smell coming from toilet. And when using shower the water was everywhere.

Location is very good. Pool was closed from 8PM-8AM or so. Breakfest was included, food choice was not so big but everything was fresh.

Keep in mind that you hear the noice from tuktuks very well in the rooms and they drive by fairly often at night. Also the pool was very nice, however barely got any sun because of its location

Location is excellent. There is a night market just opposite and has a seven 11 next door. Walkable distance to patong beach and walking street. Room was clean. Bed was quite big and comfortable.
