It wasn’t as clean as it could have been.in the swimming pool there was areas with sharp tiles..

We absolutely loved the room! The pool access was fantastic! Paragon resort is located on Patong beach away from the crowds and commotion, right at dolphin square it is between the Novotel and Sheraton and is at a perfect location! The staff were friendly and welcoming.

We have travelled all over Thailand and this is the first hotel we checked into where we didn’t find the staff very warm and welcoming. At check in we paid a thousand baht deposit which we were not informed about on booking (it wasn’t a problem for us but may affect people on a budget) check in mainly consisted of being told all the things we would be fined for within the hotel such as if we misplaced the room key or a towel etc the restaurant was ridiculously over priced almost 800 baht (€20) for two sandwiches and two waters which there is also a 10% service charge on anything you buy in the hotel. The room itself was nice but the bed was extremely uncomfortable it was rock hard as were the pillows I got a crick in my neck because of it. Also the sun loungers by the pool there is a massive shortage and people but there towels on them early in the morning and don’t use them for the day maybe the hotel should install a policy to remove towels from beds that clearly are vacant for 2+ hours.

We recently stayed here for two nights. The room was nice we stayed in a ground floor room by the pool. The pool was very nice but a massive shortage of sun beds maybe 20 for the whole resort. location was good near the end of Patong beach 20 minute walk to Bangla road.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We had to ask for a topper as it was impossible to sleep on it. Very noisy!

However, the pool bar needs a good makeover, the bar did not looking at all inviting and looked quite grubby with plastic glasses that were very used. The pool sunbathing islands have loose stones and should be replaced, I did raise with the management about the rubbish being left on the sunbathing islands, bottles and cigarette ends, shame on the guests who do this, you are disgusting individuals, I and any other guests do not want to see your disgusting habit all around the Poole area because your too lazy to put “your” rubbish in the bin, however, if the area is unclean then the staff should clean this daily for the guests to have a clean area to relax in. Please remember, it should not be the staff that cleans up after lazy disgusting guests, staff are there to make your stay as comfortable as they can and look after your needs, they are not there as your servants!

A well-placed Hotel within walking distance to any part of Patong, the hotel and pool was picturesque, the rooms were roomy and very comfortable, some having access to the pool via your patio doors. Breakfast catered for all nationalities and plentiful.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff, the cleanliness, breakfast and dinners and location. The only down side were the beds were very hard and pillows not comfortable, I asked for replacements which they did within 10 mins how ever they were still not good.

Not enough sun lounges, the restaurant in the hotel has a small venue and it’s a bit slow.

This is our second time stay here as the Location was good. Staff are so helpful & friendly. Breakfast spread are awesome. They change menu daily. Will definitely stay in this hotel in future .

Our room faced an extremely busy roundabout, constant noise and music from beach club across the road. The pool had very few sun beds unless you had a pool room it was not much use. The hotel is what you get for money .

Good value for money. Clean, nice staff. Very near the beach but not on the beach . Easy to walk to all the stuff going on. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff, underground parking if you have a car.

I didn't like the traffic out front. I didn't like that there was no bar, lounge. I didn't like the pool bar. It had no fresh fruit cocktails. With the abundance of fruit everywhere, why would you not have a bar filled with it.

I like that it was walking distance to shops and beach.

Only problem was far too little sunbeds and the pool area is mostly in shade meaning it is a little cool and no where hot to lie and sunbathe. Mostly we were out though so not a huge problem but the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Fabulous breakfast, the best of our trip. Rooms lovely and bathrooms amazing again the best.

Rooms need a revamp , lots of things not working cupboard lights , aircon unit dirty and stuck with masking tape .

Breakfast was good but lacked all foods , also closed at 10:15 everything was taken away . Location was great. Pool area was also excellent
