view is 10 Location is 9 not bad as other people described tuk tuk outside and walkable distance as well 7/11 outside as well Comfort and clean 3 Not comfortable and not clean building smells bad The shower doesn't work properly Room size is big but not nice I wouldn't recommend staying more than 2 days if want to comfortable holiday If you in to view and beach vibe u can stay

The information on booking.com is misleading as I booked a room with a bed and a sofa bed. When I called ahead they said they could put in a mattress with no charge but when I arrived they changed their mind and did not tell me. I was happy to pay an additional charge to add two more people to the room but they refused to give me extra linen or an extra bed. The staff and management were very unhelpful. Despite this the view from the room is outstanding. The room is older with an uneven floor and the toilet smelt of drains.

The ceilings in the rooms were very low and had low beams running across the length of the lounge room which cannot be seen in the photos on booking.com. My partner is tall and had to bend down whilst walking and I am pretty short and still had to bend down. Although the bedroom had higher ceilings thank god. The accommodation looked a bit run down, like at one point it would have been an amazing property but things need fixing up and renewing to warrant paying what we paid. The property had no cafe/ restaurant/ bar on site and no affiliation with any close by, so no option for breakfast etc. This is all okay but the proce should reflect this, which in my opinion it does not. The bedroom door did not fit the gap properly and was made of very thin wood. In terms of locking it and feeling secure, it felt like anyone could break through the door very easily if they wanted to. We had to ask reception for the key to the safe in our room as for some reason we were not given it upon check in. We got bath towels but no pool/beach towels and when we asked for them, the staff said they were being cleaned and they would have them later that day. We asked for them the next morning and they still didn't have them. They did give us extra bath towels instead, however they were so small we were basically laying straight on the sand 😂. The pool at the accommodation was small and nice but it was located right in front of someone's bedroom so we could see them laying in bed and they would have to have closed their curtains if they were bothered, blocking their views of the sea. There was also no safe walkway around the pool, without the risk of falling in so had to watch our step. The nice secluded beach that was a 2 min walk is advertised in the rooms as having access to from the accommodation. After following the provided map, we realised we could not safely access it. We had to walk up and down a hill full of broken glass, wires, bits of metal and broken bricks.

The views from the room were incredible and breathtaking. You could see the ocean whilst lying in bed and also from the bathroom whilst taking a shower. The location was perfect for us. It was just outside the busy part of patong, almost in Kalim, but still within easy walking distance if we wanted more nightlife. And even though it was further away from the main part of patong, there were a till restaurants and a 7/11 right outside the door. It was also a 2 min walk to a secluded small beach which for us was much better than trying to find a spot on the busy patong beach.

The property is outdated, the rooms are very basic. The images show a pool within the property, but in fact it is actually tiny with no where to sit around the 'pool' or anywhere outside for that matter. There is also no access to the beach directly from the property, as the pictures would indicate.

The hotel isn't far from Bangla road, so the location is ok.

My deluxe room bath tub cannot be used perfectly. The water take a very very long time to fill. But its okay. On the other side my friend’s room the 1 bed room with sea view had many insects at balcony. Overall its acceptable

The balcony was Full of huge ants 🐜 that can hurt you if they attack you. Also because of the sea being that close and in combination with not enough of personal to clean and maintain the hotel, this property needs to be renovated otherwise people will die. The sit chair (that huge brown one were you can swing with it ) was completely broken. Once you sit on it. It will fall completely on you.

Just very limited choices of food around.

Its fame reputation for the sunset view right in front of your window. The 2 girls at the front desk are exceptional; even helping me take pictures for my floating breakfast basket.

The shower head is clogged.. the water will go everywhere when you shower. There are many ants on the floor.. it’s not worth to pay this price and I expect more.

1. I booked for 2 nights and they made us change to another room after the first night. Apparently someone had requested for the room on our second night. How unpleasant. 2. The toilet fittings were rusting away (from the hot water) and shower cubicle leaking into the basin area through a tiny weephole. I reckon later that the weephole serves to drain water the other way around. How thoughtless. 3. The hot and cold water flow is inconsistent (much like the waves in the sea).

Toilet situation is dismal. One toilet is less than 6ft high, meaning if you’re tall you never get to stand up straight. There’s also a plumbing issue, as there were leaks and doors everywhere and the floor remained wet perpetually. The beds are also pretty hard.

Views from this place are top tier- the pictures actually don’t do it justice. The staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly.

The bathtub didn’t have a curtain. Water was out every time we showered. It was cleaned daily, but still a bit disturbing.

Absolutely breathtaking views, friendly English speaking staff, right in front you can find Toktoks waiting for you, 7 eleven just cross the street, a pharmacy, a massage place, and a location in between of two beaches! Some street food carts 50m away🤍 Suuuper friendly staff and always there.
