The access when driving to , wasn’t too difficult however location off One way Main Street took a little bit.

Management was very effective in helping with media . Everything was within walking distance & the area was nice and quiet.

since it is impossible to pay with a Russian card on the website for chewing, I had to live in a room with a friend for several days, which was very uncomfortable (room for one person). On the day of arrival, the hostess met me and I immediately asked her for another room for me. She was very kind and a few days later I was given another renovated studio room from another hostess, who was very friendly and any of my requests were immediately resolved. Good internet, bottled drinking water, towel, hairdryer, kitchen utensils.., hot water in the shower, large comfortable bed. The sea is 5 minutes away. I had a wonderful rest. I am very grateful to my hostess, who was caring, saw me off and helped me leave. I hope see you next year.

Location wise it was excellent. Everything you need is readily available. Dao made our stay comfortable. Would like to stay there again. Kitchenette was available so it was easy for us to cook . Best part was massage centre below the apartment and it was very reasonable.

There was some construction in the building but it didn't start until 10am and finished at 6pm.

DAO's apartment had everything I needed to live comfortably. I've visited Pa Tong twice now and decided to stay at Dao's both times. I'm a vegan and I was able to cook my meals in the kitchen. The host was very respectful, quick, and responsive. It didn't feel that I was staying at an investment property catered to only tourists.

The whole building is old but that’s not really something to be considered as negative.

The location is very near to Patong beach and Bangla road. Many pharmacy, clinics nearby as well. Cheap restaurants are about 500m far. The unit is being cleaned every 3-4 days. With fast internet, about 12 free bottled water and 9 pcs of tissue roles considering this is an apartment. It has 2 doors that is an added security

Nice place for living! There are all necessary things in the room: dishes, electric stove, kettle, toaster, TV, wardrobe, 2 tables. I had some towels different size. Small kitchen in the room was very clean. Bath room was clean too. Wi-fi worked very good. I could stream my screen and have a video. I needed hair dryer, wrote to Dao and she brought it! Thank you! Apartments had no signboard, but I asked in the first floor and they helped me. There are many cafes near hotel. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Good location and comfortable apartment, close to all improtant locations - Patong beach, bars and restaraunts, Bangla road is not far either. Building has 2 restaraunts, and a few more in a neighboring condo - so you are all set for lunch/dinner (though food there is average). I have worked from apartment and WiFi quality was sufficient for calls.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's very individual and I have some issues with my back, nevertheless, it was just minor discomfort in the morning, nothing too bad.

Good location, 20 minutes' walk to Big C Extra and just 10 minutes to the beach. The room is in a condo with quite a few restaurants in the area and 7/11 just a couple of minutes' walk from the building. In the condo there are at least 2 laundries, a German and a Thai restaurants a grocery store and lots of other small businesses. The room was clean, had electric stove, a mini-oven, a kettle, a fridge and a toaster. Air conditioner was very good, and there's also a fan attached to the main lighting on the ceiling. WiFi was very fast, around 70-80 Mbps.

It it a nice apartment in a modern building withing a walking distance to the sea. It is managed really well and is exceptionally clean. Wi-fi is great and I had stable 70/70 mbps connection which is great for full hd video or remote work. The host is very nice and responsive. Near the building there is a great parking both for cars and motorbikes. Parking for motorbikes is partially under a roof. In the apartment there is also a small oven so you can practice baking local food (which is really delicious). The price for the apartment was very good too.

I lost about 8 days out of my 5 week stay due to excessive drilling / jackhammering directly above my 2 different rooms. Very difficult to consistantly work.

Very pleasant overall. Excellent location short walk to Bangla Rd. Short walk to best part of Patong beach although when it rains it becomes too polluted to swim in the ocean! The kitchen & room amenities were excellent. The apartments are looking a bit tired hence many neighbors are renovating. I had to move 2 times to different apartments due to jackhammering above my room. Very unpleasant. The owner acknowledged the problem and moved me to different rooms but offered no financial recompense.

Booking.com should inspect DAO appartments and remove it from the posting on it site. Where do I start : - do not book DAO appartments unless they are fully renovated and meet basic safety standarts -appartment is very poorly equipped - old run down and needed to be replaced ASAP ( furniture and towels - unacceptable ) -be aware DAO does not have appartments with balcony -all appartments are really old and need a serious renovation -huge problem with A/C - unit was located on the wall seperating room from the kitchen and extemally noisy compresor on the other side of the same wall in the kitchen- hot air blowing to the kitchen instead of outside creating a safety hazard - there is plenty better quality appartments for rent in this building outside Booking , Agoda etc...

Kitchen supplies were ok but nothing more than that. Also electric wiring was kind of weird toaster and mini oven gave me an electric shock... Cooking plate you could only use one really because it was too small for a pan and a big pot. Pots were poor quality when you put on hot stoftop the surface bended. Only one pan really good. Location is good when you walk. If you go by motorbike or a taxi it's kind of waste of time because the main street is a one-way Street and getting back you either have to go down by the shore or the other way around through the whole city...waste of time. Overall impression of the building was nothing more than average. Water pressure in shower seem to be reduced on purpose, toilet and other facilities had much more pressure...

It was clean, fresh sheets and the cleaning lady was very friendly and offered service anytime. I don't want to be unfair always have to consider the price but for 800 a day there's many options in Phuket... Air-conditioning very good and shower room new built.
