The air conditioning was broken when we arrived and we were upgraded for the first night. The next morning we were told to move rooms at 11am however nobody come for us until 12:30. Once in our room the air condition was still broke and it took most of the day to repair. Upgrading (paid or otherwise) wasn’t an option. Not good in 35 degree heat

Unfortunately our room was close to the roof where several air conditioned systems work with noticeable noise during the night so resting hasn't been very comfortable.

Location is good, on Patong beach road, close to everything. The room balcony (seaview room) overlooked Patong bay so the view is good.

It was certainly clean, and situated right on the end of the beach, the rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Location is directly adjacent to Patong pier, where the cruise ships unload. Apart from the streets being chaos when the cruises are in town, the water at this end of the beach is a bit murky due to the amount of boat traffic.

Pleasant place. Far enough from the centre to not be too noisy. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Really liked the rooftop pool.

Even though the bath was amazing, it didn’t really work properly, it took a very long time just to fill it up a quarter the way. There were some unnecessary object in the room which were in the way. The room we got was extremely loud, and could hear all the cars and loud music. The free breakfast only has 3 choices and it gets pretty boring having the same thing every morning.

There was a gym which lots of people would enjoy, the view was beautiful and the restaurant had really good food.

3 Nights / Superior King Room with Sea View / incl. BF Great location right in front of the beach. So you’ll have a great view for sure - especially from the rooftop. Breakfast is also tasteful and you can watch the ocean while eating. The fitness room does its job. Rooms are fine and the staff is friendly and service oriented. All in all I was very happy with my stay. The only thing is, that as my room was located towards the ocean, there’s still a street in between with sometimes really loud traffic. But that’s not that fault of the hotel :)
