staff did not sweep the floor that well and sand from the beach was present and a bit annoying. Should have a small broom in room to solve this issue

The reception staff must be informative and helpful to guide the people on where to go around the island and in the most attractive areas. breakfast is limited to 2 strict choices, which I feel need improvement and includes a variety of sets

The location is great, it is considered at the bottom line of Patong Beach and quite from the most busy and noisy street, within walking distance of busy streets and street markets. i love it

Housekeeping were a little noisy everyday from 7:30am. I might have just been unlucky with where my room was.

It was clean, in a good location if you don’t mind walking a little away from the busy areas, suited me perfectly. The room was nice, very good air con, but a little noisy when in use. Nice comfortable bed & very clean. Rooftop pool is beautiful!

Very nice rooftop pool with great views of the beach. Position was excellent as very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Bangla road is a 15 min walk. View was amazing

The air conditioning was broken when we arrived and we were upgraded for the first night. The next morning we were told to move rooms at 11am however nobody come for us until 12:30. Once in our room the air condition was still broke and it took most of the day to repair. Upgrading (paid or otherwise) wasn’t an option. Not good in 35 degree heat

Unfortunately our room was close to the roof where several air conditioned systems work with noticeable noise during the night so resting hasn't been very comfortable.

Location is directly adjacent to Patong pier, where the cruise ships unload. Apart from the streets being chaos when the cruises are in town, the water at this end of the beach is a bit murky due to the amount of boat traffic.

Pleasant place. Far enough from the centre to not be too noisy. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Really liked the rooftop pool.

Even though the bath was amazing, it didn’t really work properly, it took a very long time just to fill it up a quarter the way. There were some unnecessary object in the room which were in the way. The room we got was extremely loud, and could hear all the cars and loud music. The free breakfast only has 3 choices and it gets pretty boring having the same thing every morning.

There was a gym which lots of people would enjoy, the view was beautiful and the restaurant had really good food.
