There is nothing to complain about. Everything is great. Could not be better.

The location is very convenient. Everything within walking distance. Also, more than comfortable and the staff there is more than helpful. They do go the extra mile. From security to maintenance and management. Amazing

Not that I feel this is a negative (as I had a Thai unlimited sim) but the WIFI could be better.

I have stayed at the Grand Avenue before so knew what to expect. Location is perfect. Pretty much in the centre of everything with bars / restaurants within walking distance. 7/11 located just across the road which provides perfect convenience. Nice big pool with ample spaces to sit & soak up the soaring sun. Min, our host, was extremely supportive in our arrival & departure. Due to arriving early, and because our room wasn’t ready, Min allowed us to drop our luggage off at another empty room whilst ours was in the process of getting cleaned. Min was also very quick & efficient in her responses via WhatsApp. I especially appreciated Min also allowing us to stay in our room until 2pm on the day of departure (rather than 11am) due to our taxi being booked for a later time. This was a lovely gesture & allowed us to relax more without worrying we’d have to carry our luggage everywhere. I will most certainly be returning back to Grand Avenue!

There were "guests" wandering around on their own, which shows a general lack of security, i.e., how were they able to enter? (although generally, the security was good). Lack of iron and ironing board - a very small observation.

The condo was in a fantastic location. It was clean and modern, and Min (the host), along with her staff, were very attentative and available to contact. Communication was great. Min replied to messages very quickly. Check-in and Chec out was smooth with no issues. The pool and facilities were very good. Definitely recommend staying in a condo owned by Min. Already booked my next visit

It’s close to everything shops restaurants bars cinemas coffee transportation. Plus I’ve seen two gyms & two saunas not to mention the pool really nice and quiet. It’s a service apartment so you wash your own towels etc washing machine in the apartment, if you need room clean and bed change speak to the manager.

The entire complex ran out of water. Which was annoying, but nobody's fault.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and you can walk straight out of your balcony into the pool. Mini was a great host. She is quick to attend to any concerns.

It was ground floor & we'd have preferred somewhere further up but that is just a minor complaint.

It was a condo so we were self catering.This was the second time we rented from them in this location.The previous time it was a smaller condo but in this one the rooms were very large and comfortable.Great pool & a good gym.Although it's in the centre of the madness of Pattaya it is very well insulated from any noise.

Even with our booking confirmation, security would not allow us on to the site to collect our key cards. Underground car park was very full and sometimes had to park some distance away from our buildings entry point. Free wi-fi was not as good as we had received when stayed in the same complex previously. Also no free access to pay tv channels like Netflix again as per previous occasions when stayed in the same complex.

The facility had everything we were expecting and spacious enough to accommodate our short holiday in Pattaya

We were denied entry into the lobby by the security personnel stationed at the entrance of the building. We were aware that check-in was at 3pm when we arrived early. We made an effort to clarify to him that all we had to do was settle in and wait in the lobby until check-in time. He refused! After a while, we called the owner, who was helpful and let us leave our bags inside the apartment while it was cleaned. Still, the security guards impolitely asked some tips to let us in.

Stayed 5 nights, The apartment is modern and clean in a good location with nice swimming pool, gym and spa. The apartment equipped with a kitchen with all cooking equipment. The host was nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Access to the entrance due to roadworks, hopefully it will be fixed up soon.

The pool and the gym, the way the it lights up at night time looks super cool. Felt safe as well because the amount of security guards.

Unfortunately through no fault of the complex there Is major work going on outside where each day they dig up the road. And it’s dangerous not only for people but even the businesses trying to earn some money. Hopefully the road is finished soon.

Only 2 rolls of toilet paper (two bathrooms), no toothpaste and that's about it.

The apartment was amazing and clean. It is very quiet during nights, considering the nightlife is literally just outside. It has a coffee machine, pans and other equipment like that. Amazing pool and the locations is very good, since there is a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Also - can't forget the massage places just next to the hotel 😈. Also every room has a TV with Netflix etc. Very very comfortable. Definetly staying here next year.
