i hope we could use the pool area in the morning or afternoon , it was only open from 4pm so we couldn't get to enjoy the rooftop and area and pool side

Hot water more often. It was hit and miss. I shave every day

We had to use the pool which shared by their sister hotel. It is quite small and locates in a bad view. The song Playlist on rooftop was boring, so it ruined our experience a little bit.

The staff were nice and friendly, and they also have service-mind. The rooftop was great.

English proficiency varies greatly from staff to staff. I understand that Thai is the spoken language in Thailand and I was prepared for difficulties. It may sometimes create issues when trying to retrieve information from the front desk.

Great location just by the beach. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture. Plenty of free amenities. Shower was nice and easy to use as well as safe deposit box.

staff long hair ponytail with spectacles in receptionist is quiet unfriendly but the staff outside and breakfast area and the short hair girl with spectacles is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is horrible

no swimming pool or sauna. we were allowed to use the pool in a sister hotel but were obliged to buy drinks to allow us to use their tables by the pool. the balcony was right in front of an adjacent building. though it’s called Sea View Hotel there was no view. that was disappointing.

The hotel is just a short walk from the beach. The rpom we book has a good view of the sea and we do really enjoy seating at thr balcony to enjoy the view. Bellman is so proactive and i observed be it , during my checknin or check out, he automatically help with my luggage wuthout me asking. The hotel also have a rooftop restaurant which is so beautiful and it will be a nice spot to watch sunrise.But i have to mention the price is on the steeper side but still its worth to at least visit once. Abundant choice of Massage parlour is near the hotel area abd is helpful when you need a good massage after a long walk.i have to mention convenience store is just opposite of the premise too

Pool is not sun facing. The roof top terrace is expensive and you cannot use. It's as if it is owned by another organisation. The sunbeds on the rooftop terrace was what I wanted to sample from the pictures but sadly we couldn't.

Location is 50 yards from the beach. Staff brilliant. Rooms clean

Items in the room refrigerator are a little overpriced. Could be better if provide at Nominal prices. They don't have Staff to support Guests at night, especially to provide water at midnight. Intercom is not working properly.

The location and sea view are really Good. Can relax on the balcony in the evening time with an excellent sea view. The rooms are Clean and Tidy. Decent size room. The bathroom is Pretty clean and the shower is good. Good Ventilation Good Worth for the money.

There isn’t any parking however the hotel staff went with me to park my car in a parking lot just a couple of streets away and we walked back to the hotel. So it’s not really an issue if you don’t mind parking further away as the hotel will assist you.

The hotel is in a good location and the good rooms for the price. Our first room smelt of cigarettes but they moved our room straight away so it was fine. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The location of the hotel was right next to the beach which was great. The sky bar at the top of the hotel was nice but closed a little early it would have been nice if it was open 24hrs just to sit outside even if the bar was shut.

Conveniently located, close to the beach and the main road. within walking distance to central marina and terminal 21. The hotel is also quiet at night so had a nice sleep throughout
