IndiaHotel Staff Is totally corrupt. Staff is involved in scam with nearby laundry to get commissions for washing bed sheets, towels etc. hotel staff blackmail guests. They make you pay thousands of Bucks for a small lipstick's patch on pillow cover or towel or bedsheet which otherwise can be removed during regular washing. When we went to neighboring laundry we saw our Hotel's many room numbers listed on their receipt book. Thus we came to know about this scam. I suggest to completely avoid this hotel. Save yourself from embarrassment.

Indiahotel staff accused us of stealing bathrobe. they check our bags but found nothing. but still they charged us 1000 THB for the bathrobe. it was a scam done by the housekeeping staff of the hotel.

ThailandStaff not helpful, didn't feel welcomed. No parking lot on site, had to share with adjacent hotel but only 10 slots. The hotel rents a garage 300 m. away but took additional 30 min. to go & walk back in scorching sun to the hotel.

So happy we picked to stay at Seaview Hotel, it was the perfect place to arrive to after a long haul flight with a lot of luggage, there were kind staff to help us straight away when getting out of the taxi, they took all of our luggage to our room, very friendly helpful staff on reception too! We were very suprised when we saw the room, it was quite big more like an apartment! Nice robes and slippers to wear down to the pool, had a great nights sleep and we were able to store our luggage for a couple of days while we went to koh larn, came back and stayed another night on our return, will be back again for sure!! Really great value for money!

MalaysiaWe thought the pool would be on the rooftop with an amazing view as it’s advertised that way on socmed. It was nice and clean but it wasn’t what we expected. Location wise, it’s not as nearby to the “central” of Pattaya as expected. we had to walk quite far to the attraction.
