We enjoyed our whole stay.

Fantastic budget accommodation. Super clean rooms, lovely helpful staff. Only 100m from a great swimming beach that has a very cool bar and a couple of other accommodations where you can use their pool as long as you buy something to eat or drink there. Restaurants close by as well. We hired a scooter for a couple of days to get around which is always fun and very helpful for exploring. We stayed a couple of extra nights and got an even better nightly rate dealing direct with the owner. Definitely recommend.

Bathroom had somewhat strange smell, likely due to high season, it may be like that all around lanta. Bed was somewhat hard and the comforter was a bit small.

Good location and proximity to the beach. In a more quiet area of klong khong. Still easy to access anything around the area. Staff booked ferry and offered scooter rental.

You could have had a TV in the room. If they did, would have given it a 10/10. Great place.

They had very cute kittens and cats hanging around. Comfortable room with a kettle. Lovely patio/social area to relax and sit at tables. 3 min stroll down a quiet dirt track to the beach. Great beach bar at the end of the track as well. Different people who had stayed there before were coming back while we were there.

The bathroom had an unusual smell coming through the drains.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book onward transport and did our laundry for us. The main room was clean. The beaches were a short walk away.

There were a lot of centipedes which were coming back to the room after removing them.

The owners are so kind and helpful. They offer 20-30% discount for trips which are run by his cousin. They serve breakfast from 7am in the dinning area and there are some board games and books you can borrow. What really stood out the most is that him and his wife cook a dinner for all their guests on Sunday. The room was very spacious, but it can get hot and steamy with just the fan - not such a big problem though. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, 7eleven as well.

I don't mind it too much but just so others know, this was one of the harder beds I had in thailand. Still slept fine though. Don't care too much since it was well priced and had a lot to offer.

really close to the beach ( 2 mins ) the owner was lovely and really accommodating, he even made all his guests curry for free on one of the evenings. able to hire bike from the hotel owner was vibing everyday lots of beach bars close by

Nothing. They met all our expectations.

Cordial and friendly hosts. Big room. Refrigerator, Electric Kettle provided. Beach is 3 minutes away. Good WiFi. Very reasonable rates. Hired bikes from them too. Again very reasonable rates. Even they arranged to recharge my temporary mobile connection. Very good experience. Definitely recommend them.

Nothing bad to say about this place

Owners and staff are super nice, everything is clean, 7/11, restaurants and beach are close and you can even book your tours/transport directly here with the owner. Can only recommend this place, second time coming back

Have been contemplating writing this review, normally we brush things off but I thought it would be only fair to warn others. When we arrived we instantly got a very bad vibe, they didn’t even say hello, the first thing they did was ask us to pay. There are printed off signs plastered on the walls everywhere with rules with things that said “NO REFUNDS” which really says a lot about the place. The lady said to us the card machine was down so my partner went to the cash machine. In the mean time the lady took me to the room. It was not as described, there weren’t the amenities that were described. She then told me that we would be moved to a different room the next day. Before I got back to the reception, they had already taken the money off him and hadn’t informed him about having to move rooms. He wouldn’t have payed if he had been told this. We walked to the room feeling uneasy and regretful. We may have just about managed it if it wasn’t for the stench! The room smelt of thick chemicals trying to mask something. We immediately booked somewhere else. The owner of the place who can I mention was walking around topless, told us we would be in a better room tomorrow but I explained we didn’t want to breathe in the chemicals that they had filled the room with. The fact that they didn’t even bother to give us at LEAST partial refund and just let us walk away after taking over 5,000 baht off us says a LOT. This place is run by people who only care about one thing. Money. No decoration just RULES and ADVERTISMENT for tours plastered everywhere. Such a depressing and sad building, I do not understand where these good reviews have come from, pretty sure most of them are fake.

Lovely location which backed right onto the beach. I had a bedroom which overlooked the beach and the sunsets were beautiful! The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The husband and wife (owners) go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall lovely stay and would recommend!

Lovely friendly staff , so helpful. Rooms were big with good Aircon although it goes off when you leave the room as key is welded to the card. Good location everyone around is friendly and it's close to the beach .

Really nice owner, he took us out fishing and gave us fish and rice that his wife cooked. Very friendly. The room was perfect, good air-con and shower, comfy beds. Such a nice peaceful place. 10/10 👌
