Nothing - everything was great at Phannarai House! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Phannarai House. The host was so welcoming and lovely. She gave us so much information about Koh Samui when we arrived and also welcomed us with a coconut drink each. The room had great facilities and was very clean - it was more like a studio apartment than a bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel has a large pool which we didn't get to use but it looked ideal. The hotel is also in a good location close to the main area in Lamai.

A gem of a place in Lamai. Off the side road so very quiet day and night, close to big supermarket, 10 minute walk to night Market and all the shops and bars, beach etc. 25 metres away from a great laundry shop that will clean and press. The room is clean, tv, coffee, free water, great shower, and the best bed I ever slept in my whole life. But I do like a firm bed. Golf, her name, will greet you with a huge smile. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic stay in Lamai! Golf the owner was so welcoming and kind she couldn’t do enough for us. She kindly gave us coconuts to drink on arrival and 2 bottles of water everyday of our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big fridge and great AC. The location is perfect, you our down a chilled private road but just a 2 minute walk to the long sandy beach, 2 minutes to the night markets (our fave night markets in Thailand they were super chilled and really nice food), 5 minutes to the main strip of Lamai loads of bars and restaurants and shops!!

We loved this hotel! Golf, the owner, is the loveliest women and super super helpful. She met us outside as we arrived at night, she let me use her laptop to do a exam and we also rented a scooter off her completely stress free. The actual room was very comfy and had everything you need. Recommend if you are staying in the Lamai area.

Amazing place in the heart of Lamai, walking distance to many places Friendly owner; super clean rooms with everything you need !! (even plates, forks etc, and a sewing kit!) The rooms have also a rooftop terrace which is very nice especially during the evening We rented a motorbike to get around the island

convenient location, a few minutes walk to the sea. I liked that there was nobody behind the wall. Everyone was in their own separate house. Therefore, the soundproofing was ideal. there is a swimming pool with sun loungers. I liked the order and the set quiet hour that all guests followed. It is possible to buy a tour or order a taxi. But most importantly, the hostess is absolutely sunny, friendly, and ready to help her guests. Thank you, dear Golf!🙏

If you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation that’s safe and clean this is it. I was travelling alone and found this place really welcoming and friendly. It’s close to the night market and to the beach. It’s cycling distance to Koh fit and Koh fight ( I was there to do BJJ). Loads of laundry’s and restaurants close by too. I would stay here again.

Very good location, despite the fact that you live near a busy street, but the apartments are very quiet, comfortable, cozy. You feel in your own quiet oasis. Owners are very wonderful people, attentive and helpful. I want to thank you for the warm welcome. I hope one day we will come back to this wonderfull people to stay.

It is only minor, but some beach towels as well as towels for the shower would be great. Golf always changed the towels as soon as we asked, but it would be nice to have an extra towel per person because the property has a pool and there is the beach, so lots of swimming and wet towels

There are no words to express how lovely Golf, the owner of Phannarai House is. She is wonderful & so very helpful. The rooms are always immaculate & you can see they have been filled with love & care. The wifi is really good. The location is optimal. Five minute walk to beach, four minute walk to health food shop & restaurant Lamphu, eight minute walk to healthy delicious Annie's restaurant or Pure Vegan Heaven & nine minute walk for amazing facials etc.. I can't wait to return

Everything is amazing, Golf is an marvelous host! The place has a perfect location and the host will help you with anything you might need. The room has a set of really good facilities and everything is clean and well organized. Wifi is fast so for remote workers like myself it is more then suitable for digital nomads.

The bed was a little bit firmer than I'm used to in Thailand, but it wasn't a dealbreaker as I still slept well. The houses are quite small, but it was fine for me since I traveled alone but just be aware of this.

I had a great stay here, and the host, Golf, is very kind and helpful. She even drove me to my next accommodation for free. The location is also excellent; everything is within a 5-minute walking distance. The rooms are cleaned upon request, with new towels, coffee, tea, and water. The Wi-Fi is good, there is a small pool, and the house has all the basics you need. There is free parking for your scooter, and the rooftop area was a nice little addition

Property is really nice, room is fairly big with a nice pool area aswell, you can also chill on the roof of the house for a cheap night. 7/11 few minutes walk, lamai beach is a 10 minute walk and the area has plenty of cheap food options. Also a Thai market not too far. Can rent a scooter for 200 bath per day(fiver!) from the owner golf who is really friendly! A/C really good too would recommend staying here for few days exploring samui
