Bathroom: Worst bathroom encountered till now. It is too small. You have to take shower on toilet seat.100 kg above person will not be able to manage in bathroom, it is that too small. Room is very congested. Not at all recommended. AC not work properly..

Liked the location. It is just outside starting of view point. All things are centrally.

We had an issue with our shower when we first checked in and they moved us to a different room straight away. The staff were always cheery and present for the whole day so if you needed anything they were on hand. Highly recommend this place, right next to the steps up to the viewpoint. Make sure you don’t walk past the hotel up the steps!

The location was excellent, as Phi Phi is relatively small, this was a great place to stay, just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. It was far enough away that it wasn’t noisy at night from the clubs by the beach, which meant you could get up early and there be hardly anyone around. Beautiful wooden style guesthouse with incredible friendly staff.

Check out is really early, and when you check out they keep you at the reception until they check the room if you didn't damage anything and if you didn't use the air conditioning. I felt like an intruder, not a guest. I didn't like how they treat guests.

The room was ok but terribly stuffy and hot, not pleasant to sleep. There is an additional charge for the use of air conditioning

It hasn't bedding. There is no cleaning room. One towel per person for all booking time. They explain that it is to maintain the low cost of the room, but I found several others hotels with the same cost much better near from the this same hotel and with all hotel services included. As the staff inform me, it was my mistake don't pay attention in the autimatic email with details of the booking when I booked the room. Additonal comment: You don´t listen the noise of the parties, but if one person talk in front of the hotel you listem everyting.

the bathroom smells really bad. the scent is unbearable at times. makes the room smell as well. even when you walk in the hallway of the guest house up the stairs you smell the same scent. you have to pay extra for the airconditioning in some rooms. you really have to buy it because it is to hot otherwise, even with fans. however, the airconditioning itself does not work great. it takes a long time to cool the room as it does not provide very cold air. the beds are very hard. they often are in thailand but we have not had them this hard before. we stayed for 4 nights as we prolonged our stay with one day extra. not one time has our room been cleaned. walls are thin and made of a material that causes you to hear everything from neighbours who are standing outside. woke up several times during the night because of noise. you have to pay for extra toilet paper etc. they only provide one roll for free during your stay.

the room was quite big. location is okay. you’re in the centrum but a little bit in the back, so it is not that busy. employees speak english well and are very nice. they also do their best to help you out.

Our room was clean, A/c worked well & shower had hot water. They tell you from booking that the room is basic so don’t expect any more. It’s absolutely perfect for budget backpackers or someone with a lower budget & I believe it’s the cheapest accommodation on the island. We enjoyed our stay here and even extended it by one night! It’s in a very good location!

When you select the room with a/c you either get a room in the back or in the front. The one in the back technically has no windows, very bad air circulation and a smell of rotten water. The room in the front still smells but at least there is some fresh air available. They have pictures of both rooms, so very clever of them. When confronting the staff with our issues of smell and poor air quality we got the impression that they were cunning, dishonest and putting up a facade. They knew very well about the smell and bad air circulation but they pretended like it was just us that were sensitive. They even said that no one ever complained about the same, but just take a detailed look at the reviews here on booking. Be cautious because they know how to make your voice small and your issues non-existant. We have been traveling southeast Asia for four months and this was the most expensive accomodation, yet the worst place we have been. They are one of the cheapest accommodations in Phi Phi, so you can also blame it on the island's prices, but never the cheapest accommodation on any place was this bad. Excited to read their reply here, because they are so mean replying to the reviews, that I am sure that's the reason why not more people bother to say anything less positive about this place. .

Despite our issues they were still professional and helped us change room and modify the booking. So that was nice.

The Wifi went on and off the whole time during our 3 day stay and the bathroom is tiny. You have to pay if you need more toilet paper but at least its cheaper than buying it at 7/11. Also the walls are really thin so it was always very loud.

It's pretty remote for Koh Phi Phi but you can still reach anywhere arounf the town and pier by foot pretty fast, as well as the viewpoint, which was great. Cheaper than most accommodations on Koh Phi Phi. A 7/11 and mini-mart right down the street.
