Other than snorkeling, there isn't a lot to do near the resort. You can walk to the little village that's about 10 minutes away, but after dark there's absolutely no lighting, so it makes it harder.

The view from the room was great. Easy access to the beach and free snorkeling gear. The staff was very nice.

It was a little quiet for the kids and the transfers to the bay were a little expensive

Such amazing staff so amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you. We really appreciated how hard they worked and always with a smile. The food at the restaurant was immense - the green curry was one of the best we had on our trip!

Food at the hotwl was underwhelming and breakfast not great. We were also told that from the third day of our stay, the pool would be closed for renovations. We were given the option to cancel the last days of our stay for a refund which we did appreciate and we took this option. However it was quite unfair that we came all the way only to be told the news on arrival. Seems like something we could have been told upfront for full transparency.

Room and view were stunning. Staff very friendly and the location is tranquil and relaxing. The village close by has good food and a couple of bars to explore.

We had to cut our stay by one night as they were starting renovations on the pool. But the receptionist informed us as soon as we arrived and only charged us for the nights we wanted to stay.

If you want to be near to Tonsai then it’s a half hour long boat ride away but this didn’t bother us!

We loved the tranquillity of this property. If you want a relaxing holiday, off the grid with the most beautiful view then this hotel is perfect. There is a pool area, beautiful restaurant where we eat 3 times a day, free rental of kayaks and snorkels. They also organised our ferry transfers and tour around the islands. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful! There are bars/restaurants and shops just a 10 minute walk away on a path! Cross the bridge and go to camelrock bar! Hidden gem!!

Though the resort is on the water, the area in front of the hotel is not ideal for swimming as it is rocky. This may be described in the description of the hotel however I was under the impression there was more of a sandy beach. Not a deal breaker but just not what I was expecting.

One of the best things here, to be outside of Ton Sai to relax, is in the same time the thing where we had mixed feelings. So after relaxing, u can't do so much here. Behind the chalet is the jungle. In the night, you ll find always some cockroach in your bathroom or some geckos moving and singing from ceilings or walls. But hey, that's a common thing in Thailand. Just expect some guests :) If you don't mind, you will have a very good time here.

It's the perfect place if u are looking for just relaxing your soul. It's abroad of the Ton Sai. You can reach it just by Taxi Boat. The view outside of the window from our Chalet was stunning. Also, the whole Staff Crew was very polite and very friendly. All in one, it's a good relaxing area. You have a trial through the jungle if u want to hike to Ton Sai (70 minutes). If you want to go for the beach you have to walk around 10 min.

Like any island villa, there were a few creatures but they were harmless

The staff was pleasant and super helpful for booking day trips and ferries, the food was spectacular (our favourite restaurant on the island), we had access to kayaks and the location was peaceful and quiet.

The Man waiting for us at Tonsai Pier with the pick up boat was rude and tried to extract money.

Extremely polite and welcoming Staff all around, bell boys, restaurant servers and HouseKeeping employees. Good kitchen, local food, excellent preparation by the Chef and Cook.

-The food was not good. Breakfast was ok, but after trying the rest of the food we ate our meals at other restaurants. If the food had been better (a critical part when you are staying at a resort), this review would've been a 10/10 if you are looking for a nice quiet stay with your significant other.

-Great place to stay for couples if you are looking for something quieter/more relaxing -The room was large and bed very comfortable -A/C worked great -Staff was very friendly and helpful -After reading some of the lower rated reviews, we were a little concerned that the room was going to be dirty or infested with bugs. We found it to be clean. I think if you are staying in a bungalow, you have to expect a fly/mosquito or two to find a way into the room. -The view from our balcony was spectacular -Free beach towels and snorkeling equipment -We booked a private boat tour through the hotel to take us around Ko Phi Phi Lee for snorkeling (a must do) and the hotel provided us with several free bottles of water and soda, towels, fruit bowls and a cooler with ice -A nice pool with a great view and poolside service -Definitely a little more remote, but there are some bars and restaurants about a 10 min walk (or they will call a taxi for you) from the hotel
