Unfortunately the bathroom was so dirty, the dust was disgusting - even the sink wasn't cleaned - it really was worse than on the picture... 😩 That's why I can not give more than 7,even though the last things were OK.

The mattress was too hard for us and as almost everywhere in Thailand, you can hear the noise from the street (there is a bar with live music closeby)

The room looks very nice- its spacious, clean and with a nice touch of artwork on the walls. There was enough space for the clothes. Its located on the street with many restaurants and shops, in the walking distance from the Ao nang beach.

We was waiting and take time to go to the room while the staff settle laundry issue , even there’s only us … we was so tired!

Slightly dated interior. Minimal toiletries.

Room was fairly clean. Had fridge. Pool was great. Fantastic location. Walking distance to lots and to pier for Railay. Friendly, helpful staff.

Little noisy at night and no waterboiler in the room.

Breakfast was really good and was served with a great view. Just a 10 min walk to the beach and lots to do in the area.

The smell from the bathroom and the noise outside from the karaoke bar. Even though I used earplugs, I could feel the music.

For sure the location is a huge plus. It’s just on the Main Street by the Ao Nang beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. To the beach it’s just 10min walking distance.

The rooms were not very clean and it was very had to communicate with staff as they do not speak english at all.

Brown bedding!!! Very dated interior. Tv didn’t work at all. The air on was stuck on one setting which was incredibly noisy however, the noise blocked out the noise from the street. Was met by a very bright but rude little boy. Like a mini hitler. He was the gatekeeper to the property. Literally blocking our entrance and bombarding us with questions and instructions. Not what you need after a long journey. You could tell he annoyed the workers there too.

It was in a convenient location.

Toilet seat was broken, no water pressure in shower. Rooms was very outdated but clean. Had to walk up difficult stairs to the room with stroller and baby. No lift available

1. The hotel is a bit too priced. 2. The wifi is slow. 3. No lift on one side of hotel rooms, very steep stairs with no staffs helping you with your luggages.

Clean, a big room and an awesome free breakfast. The hotel is centrally located at Ao nang main road. Feasible location for first timers

The hotel is a bit hard to find. Do not trust the directions in Booking.com, it will direct you few hundreds meters off! It would be helpful if the hotel would have a bigger sign visible to the road. The hotel staff was a bit off calling our room one morning asking if we are checking out. I went to the reception where they had a paper in front of their nose saying we are not leaving untill the next day...

The room was clean and spacious. After taking a shower the bathroom was flooding, but othervise the room was nice. Location is handy with a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Room wasn’t ready on time. After waiting for ages we were given a very basic room at the back of the building, and up lots of stairs. It was not the superior room we paid for. The staff were not very helpful on this matter.

The breakfast was bland.There was no choice, it is a set breakfast. The bread tasted like cardboard, there must be a better brand of bread available to serve.Also I had to ask for milk to put in my coffee.

The toilet could have been alil cleaner, there seems to be an issue with the plumbing, and hence the smell was pleasant. The Wi-Fi was also very weak.

It was very close to everything in Ao Nang, very central and was nearby to get public transport such as bus and Tuk tuks.

Nothing, the property served its purpose it was clean, friendly and comfortable, in the middle of everything loads to see and do and perfect for a couple of nights, exactly what we needed it to be 😊

It was in a perfect location just what we needed for a 1 night layover before travelling on to the islands, i would have liked to stay one more night just to chill and use the lovely pool area but not a hotel for a full on vacation
