the fact that you need to climb stairs to reach to your room. the rate is too expansive keeping in mind that you can not use the beach of the hotel due to the Tide. and there is no Gard or sign to warn you to walk to reach the water which far far far away from the Hotel which I found unsafe for the guest

Quality of the breakfast not as good as on our first trip there. This was especially evident when trying to find any kind of sauce or spread (I could not see anything but butter, which I dont eat), tiny selection of cold cuts - both meat and cheeses. Coming from another European chain hotel down the road one could definitely see the difference. Dont take my scope as a complaint.. just saying there's room for improvement.

This was our second stay at the Marriot. We liked the location and the size of the room (upgrade on arrival, thank you), but can't say we used the swim up or cabana as we prefer the beach. The beach right outside the hotel is all right but it's far better further down the road - we knew this, and did not bother us. In fact, a good way to burn some calories after breakfast. :). Attentive staff at breakfast, although a bit confusing system for ordering coffee and eggs.. Nice touch was the note from the management recognizing us as returning guests.

I wish there was handicapped accessible ways to get into the pool, Like a ramp. I got my son out by making him face the pool wall, then grab his legs and swing them out, as he lands on a towel I placed on pool edge. Also wheel chair signs for how to get to road that goes around the pool area. I walked him and wheel chair up and down stairs until someone told me about the road.

We appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Sai. She was so cute at the continental breakfast and my handicapped son feel so welcomed. The grounds were beautiful. The cleaning lady did such a great job cleaning the rooms and was such a kind and gentle person. The security nen at the beach were very helpful to me as I dragged my sons wheel chair back onto beach property

I would prefer to have better swimming pool for toddlers with easier access and more shallow. Also during our stay there was a low tide every day after 12pm so if you like to swim in the sea, it’s almost gone for the majority of the time. But itself beach is clean and beautiful.

Clean, pleasant resort, very green and cozy. Not crowded and relaxing. Restaurants are good with delicious food and breakfast buffet is great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed to stay there and would definitely recommend it.

Everything. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is nice, friendly and they are always ready to help you. A lot of facilities to enjoy like spa, beach, pool, bars and restaurants. The massage worth every penny. From time to time they serve you fresh fruits on the beach, they have cocktail happy hours every afternoon and themed dinner nights at the main restaurant. Spacious room, bathroom with bathtub.

I think there should be more entertainment for the guests in the evening, like longer period for the musicians to play longer on the beach front & maybe an area for a Dj to play music for the guests who want to stay up a little later to mingle with the other guests in the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, so much choices & all the staff were excellent & friendly especially Bank thank you.

When we checked in, there was no one there to greet us to take our bags. There were only 2 bellboys and they were busy. Please relook at bellboys during check in time.

Such an excelent place to stay! Beautiful resort with stunning beach, everything is well thought through, staff are very nice and always there to help if you need anything, well planned activities so there is no need to leave the resort. Simply a paradise.
