Property is good and the location is peaceful. It’s far away from Patong beach but near to big Buddha temple.

in the 2nd room I was in, I could hear people boxing early in the morning.

the staff is nice and the location near main gyms is awesome. I was there 6 years ago and I feel the quality has decreased a little bit while prices went up.

The staff all lovely, the price is very good. The rooms alright for me enough space, safe box which even don’t need you can leave ur stuff even outside ur room nobody touch a thing. It is close to jungle and lake so u should expect a lot of mosquitoes and lizards ( giant one with the special noise). I extended my stay for more than a month

I am not a fan of the aircon being directly over the bed and I would have also liked a larger freezer section in the fridge. Big enough for a bottle of water.

It was perfectly located on the soi for me as I trained at multiple gyms. The rooms are set back from the street so at night it was nice and quite. Excellent value for money for the room.

Currently doing building / renovation works and they were drilling into our bedroom wall from early morning - really not ideal when you are trying to sleep! Should not sell the room next to renovation as this made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Furthermore - if you get back aches easily from uncomfortable matrreses - Dont stay here. Bad quality mattresses - we move to another hotel for 2nd part of our trip for same price with a much better mattress quality. Pool also needs cleaning out!

Hotel didnt send a driver even though one was booked so obviously that was annoying, so had to wait around at the airport while things were sorted. Restaurant was closed but spoke to the reception women on the day i arrived about breakfast the next morning as i was going to be doing muay thai at 8am so said i wanted breakfast at 7am if they could do it. She said this was fine and showed me the menu, asked what i wanted and that was that. Next morning i go to reception at 7am and its all locked up, so i waited, she arrived at about 7:15, i said about breakfast and she just pointed out a few restaurants in the area as if the conversation prior had literally never happened, which was weird. Bathroom has saloon style doors which are so stiff you need to barrel through then as if youre a linebacker, and if anyone was behind you at the time the rebound would probably KO them.

I came for the sole purpose of training at tiger Muay Thai. it was perfect for this. Also, room was cleaned everyday, this was a nice touch.

Great location for fitness enthusiasts or people who have no idea this area even existed (us). Receptionist/Manager is fluent in English. Cozy layout of hotel, circular formation of rooms around central garden and separate rooms at the back towards a small but clean pool. Younger people were frequently staying here and socialising together.

My room was next to an extra external aircon unit which was extremely loud and was on constantly meaning I couldn’t sleep at all. Asked to be moved but were fully booked so slept as much as I could during the day on the sunbeds. Also the beds were extremely hard.

The pool was very quiet and the location was great.

They didn't want to accept payment by card and want payment by cash with explanation that my cards have problems. After my pushing girl on reception made some tuning with payment terminal and... Wonder! My card was accepted! Dirty rooms. No small towels for face in our room (in other rooms were towels). Then we ask towels for pool, girl from reception suggested us use the same towels which we use for our body after douches. Bad was broken and squeezed very noisy. Awful! Remote control for conditioner with broken screen.

The man over the fence coughing for hours on end, the bed is extremely hard. The doors into bathroom extremely loud squeaks so wakes anyone else up in middle night. The aircon remote didn't work properly so aircon fluctuated.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Pools nice and washings very cheap great service.
