ThailandThe hotel is pretty good, but it’s slightly overpriced for what you get. The main issue is that the standard of the breakfast. It was also difficult to talk to some staff as their English wasn’t great. However, the hotel looks great, the rooms are really nice and the pool is good. There’s also an excellent view overlooking the river. The hotel location is great for people who like nature.

United KingdomService for dinner was a little bit erratic. The surrounding area and attractions are not particularly set up for non Thai speaking visitors and the resort could have had more information available on the area for guests.
Bungalow was great, clean and comfortable. Lovely gardens throughout the resort and down to the Nakhon Nayok river. Staff were very cheerful and helpful. Good quality buffet breakfast and enjoyed the food and drink available for dinners too.

ThailandI really missed a fitness/gym room would be pleasant to have, at the pool there were only 4 or 5 beds, the beds had towels on but didn’t know if guests occupied them, the rest were only chairs

United StatesVery loud, amateur karaoke singers outside near the restaurant in the afternoon.. Only one liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom for the sink and shower. Tickets for free "fruit" drinks. Restaurant at breakfast was too cold - AC was turned on.
The room was clean and furnishings were ample. The pool was convenient and pleasant. The staff was helpful and an English speaking staff person was available at check in.
