Can get nickled and dimed for everything thing that could go wrong—a charge for everything missing/damaged, including the room service tag. Bathrooms not great.

Large rooms. Great value. Roomy balconies. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Tex Mex and Cuban food restaurant below.

When the water turns brown, it takes a while to be clear water, eg, the shower, sink, and the toilet bowl, all become brown water. They have a fee list of items, if anything is damaged or dirty, such as bed sheets and towels for any stains. On them comes out from your 2000 baht bond. And the loud music from the St was hard to get some sleep had to smoke a joint to help get knocked out from the loud noise. The Ac is above your bed.

The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were great and made my stay very comfortable well worth it. Great location, 7 eleven close by. I do highly recommend staying here and just being careful with their linings and trying not to get make-up or other stains. You will enjoy it.

-a lot of rules to follow in view that this is near Bangla road...can understand -being remind the charge for lost/demage items many times -soundproofing is weak at both the corridor and the road

-relatively new and clean, fairly good washroom -dry room and no bad smell -comfortable bed -the location has its good and bad, close to main road but could be noisy all day and night

There is no coffe, tea, sugar, water kettle and drinking water in the room. Most of the hotels are providing the above in the rooms.

The room clean, location is good and every things near by the hotel, the restaurant is good, clean and has open view. The staff are cooperative and the value rate is very good.

It is an excellent hotel, everything was clean, the economy room is spacious, the bathroom clean, they give you a bottle of water. The staff is very nice and they help you with everything you need. I haven't tried the food but it seemed that the restaurant is well maintained. I will definitely return to this hotel on future visits to Patong. It is close to the beach and in addition to its own restaurant there are several places around to eat

Friendly staff and the owners of the hotel! The rooms are in good condition, everything is clean and new! Great restaurant on the 1st floor! It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. Not good hotel. They ask deposit and when you check out they make excuses to cut and not to give back. If you not agree with them they don’t give your deposit back anyway. They excuse spot on towel and cut 2.000 bath. I stay 4 days no room cleaning. Even l ask new towels,they didn’t give. I use same towel and room 4 days. Owner only want your money
