Bathrooms had no extraction or a window so there was a humid room and felt damp most of the time. Sounded like a problem with the pipes as it smelt and hey were making noise throughout the day+night. Quite a hot room even with the fan

Looks a little run down on outside - don’t be put off. Can hear bar next to apartment but not loud enough to bother us

- amazing location in the centre - not too loud, can hear a little bar music but only slightly - comfy bed and pillows! - basic but good for price considering how expensive the area is - kind staff didn’t rush us out next day and stored bags

The room was very warm (felt warmer than temperature outside) and the only window was to the corridor. Closeness to the street and being next to a corridor made it quite loud, but nothing you can't fix with earplugs. The fridge was a bit pointless since you can't use it when you are not in the room (need the key for that).

Nevertheless the room was very very dark and you always had to close the curtains because everybody would see you otherwise. The pillow was very smelly and the bed very uncomfortable. When we asked for the pillow to be changed they did it right away, but only changed the cover on the still smelly pillow. we also did not like the blanket because it was fleece and without a sheet which we felt was very unhygienic so we slept under the towel. in the bathroom there were eggs of some insects on the wall which was also not so nice. So it’s okay if you really only want to stay for sleeping and are not super picky.

To start with the positive we really liked the location and the people working there were super friendly all the time. The also have a very good laundry service and rent bikes for a fair price in a good quality.

The bathroom needs some ventilation as it can smell really bad. The Air conditioning could be cheaper also.

The property was in a great location a 5 minute walk down to the beach, surrounded by places to eat and drink. The staff were very helpful to help us with whatever we needed and they also did laundry which is super handy.

so close to ao Nang beach, perfect if your gonna be spending a lot of time out, as it’s close to the main area and very cheap

The room with only a fan got super hot, even when it was relatively cool outside because of the rain. But that is kinda to be expected. So if you don't like the heat pay a little extra for the airco. The rooms also have a window but all the windows faced the walkway so to have any privacy you still need to keep the curtains closed wich means it's constantly dark in your room. But overall very good value for money and if you want to stay in Ao nang on a budget popeye is a good place to stay!

The room was exactly as expected. It was clean and the location is very good. Really close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. We also liked that despite the bars being close and usually very noisy we didn't hear any of the noise inside the room. The owners were very friendly and let us borrow an umbrella because it was raining really hard when we were there 😄

The room would get very hot and a bit damp feeling when i wasn't in/ the fan wasn't on due to a lack of ventilation - the window looked out onto an alleyway and the bathroom had no window, so there wasn't any natural light in the room and curtains needed to stay closed otherwise people walking through could see in... but this wasn't that big a deal for me. Only one available plug in the room and it wasn't near the bed which was a little frustrating but not the end of the world!

The location is fantastic, just minutes to walk to the seafront and right near all the shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Also had the bonus of a fridge in the room which not every place does! I didn't use them but the Guesthouse is also run by the same people who run the motorbike hire shop and launderette next door, which is useful if you want either of these services.
