A couple of small things ..: I would like to see more western/Aussie breakfast buffet menu items. Several noisy nights I was kept awake.

Facilities are a bit dated could do with a facelift and another level will come. Internet is definitely short of what it could be, had to move locations to have a reliable access

Family Rooms were well thought out and accommodated us very well. Cleaners were diligent and The pools and the grounds were kept in a very clean status and the staff were constantly working each day to keep it well presented. Location was great for us and everything around the city we wanted to do was within walking distance. Breakfast was good, variety of foods and something for everyone in our family.

The cleaners removed a towel from the room during room service and did not give a new one, I was then told I would not get some of my deposit back to cover the cost of the missing towel.

Breakfast was busy at one point and we had to wait for a table, but that can’t really be helped really. We had a lovely stay, no complaints really.

Pool is great for kids but on smaller side which was fine for us.

Lovely hotel, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to the hustle and bustle of central Patong. We had a family room which was perfect for us and the kids. Two interconnecting rooms with lots of space, fridge and even some plates/cutlery. Really good AC too which was needed with the heat! The hotel has two pools which are perfect for kids and beach is 5 min walk away. Bangla road is also only 5 min walk away, and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Breakfast was nice, but as it’s a smaller hotel it is limited in choice. All the staff are very friendly. No issues with the deposit etc. There was a nice food market on the road down to the beach, we got take away a couple of times for lunch.

I had no problems with the hotel whatsoever. The staff were more than helpful and the whole property was kept very clean. It has 2 pools and a paddle pool for younger guests.

The hotel was very near the resort centre and beach. It has wonderful amenities and the staff were amazing and polite. The hotel is next to a popular restaurant and amazingly quiet despite its city centre location.

- Price off breakfast - Start of TV slow and complicated! - very few TV Channels for européen peoples, german, French or english. - flexibilité for beach towels. - flexibility for drinking water, tee, coffee in the room. - flexibility for check out time the last day. We had our flight back at 20h50. - we booked months in advance for 6 weeks.

- when i arrived, the breakfast offer was 450.- per person, mutch to high !!!, y friend who made looking reservation including breakfast, paid half of that price. Since I found this a ripp-off, I refused. In the restaurants around the hôtel you get very good breakfasts for less then half of that price!

I thought that the rooms had been renovated but they looked tired and unchanged to when I’d stayed there previously. Breakfast wasn’t very good. The gym equipment was poorly maintained.
