Location and outlook were outstanding. Beach was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our meals in the restaurant which also had an amazing outlook.

The location is great for a quiet time in nature, and not too far out of town! Cafes and restaurants close by. The beach on your doorstep, and Olaf the owner is very friendly and accommodating.

We had a bungalow with no air conditioning, only fan and it was hot, especially on the bunk bed. Beds weren't the most comfortable.

Perfect location , just near the beach and restaurants. Bungalow located in green area outside of town. Personnel helpful, they've arranged a taxi for us. You can go to the nearest town by taxi without a problem.

Poseidon Bungalows was a great place for us to stay as family with two kids (3 and 6 years). It’s a bit away from the touristy trouble of Khao Lak but still has everything you need closeby. The owner was very helpful in organising travel with other Thai speaking people. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. The restaurant offers great breakfast sets. For lunch and dinner we preferred other restaurants a bit up the beach.

We stayed in the old bungalows which have the best views and are pretty cheap but are in real need of some renovation and fixing up. They are very basic and small and could do with a bit more cleaning. The beds were comfy and clean and the fan was enough cool for us. The booking.com page did not show the newer bungalows which looked a lot better and still a good price.

The view from the bungalows is fantastic right above the rocks and beach. The short walk through their garden/forest to the beaches and access to lots of cafes also great. A fair way to town but easy to get a taxi or a hire scooter. The staff and owners are lovely and very helpful and the food is very good.

Our bungalow had no airconditioning, which would have been ok, if the fan was bigger/better, and if there were mosiquito nets on the beds. The pull down bunk felt a little unsafe for my 11 yr old daughter, and she has a small frame. The edge of the bunk was thin plywood and the end of the bunk supported ontop of the ladder, was not very secure, and not very easy to get into.

This small resort consists of about 15 bungalows and huts which are scattered on about 300 m of natural steep coast, hidden in the jungle so that you won't see them on Google maps. A couple of steps downwards you are on the little beach with sand and rocks and the sound of sea and nature comes to your room for free 24/7. The restaurant with a nice view and good food at reasonable prices complete the paradise. No need to go elsewhere!

Awesome located bungalows facing towards quiet beach. Clean and comfy, very simple furnished Super caring staff at the bungalow/restaurant. Great communication via the booking system prior to arrival. We were allowed to leave our luggage on our departure day til the evening.

The Location is amazing, directly at the beachfront - you can hear the ocean like you are in there. Really amazing, but please keep in mind that this place is for people with a deeper understanding of the Nature. The place is located in the Jungle! So you will hear animals and the sea. The restaurant is really good and the staff is great !!!

We rented one of the rooms with fan at this resort for a price of 540 baht for one night. The friendly receptionist assigned us a room with an exceptional view of the sea and beach, which allowed us to experience one of the most beautiful days in Thailand. The hotel's ambiance and its beach are unparalleled. It's tranquil and excellent for swimming and relaxation. There are also several restaurants around the hotel that you can make use of.

The place was amazing, the small bungalows great seaview and a great garden to walk in. We spoted a lot of small wildlife, it was easy to walk to the private beaches and excellent food in the restaurant.

The place needs a lick of paint, but the loveliness of the people and the overall beauty and convenience make up for it.

The jungle and beach views from the bungalow and the restaurant terrace are great. The owner and the staff are lovely and very helpful also to organise trips around the area. There are great beaches around
