Nothing. I loved everything.

I had an air conditioned beachfront bungalow and it was just beautiful. The view was amazing and the bungalow was very comfortable. I work online and the internet was very good. The owner and staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The other side of the island had stingers and jellyfish in the water so I am really glad I chose the mainland side as we had none of these problems. It is 500m down a little track off the road and was just so peaceful. I ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was very nice. The island is very small with very little traffic. I rented a scooter from the resort and used it to explore every road I could find. I can’t wait to go back.

It was a quiet private and beautiful place. The rooms are really on the beach. Just amazing to see the sunrise from the beach. The staff is lovely and welcoming. It's in the area on the other side of the entertainment area, so if you want a quiet beach and privacy with nice rooms this is the place. I'll be back

Beautiful bungalows with eye for detail. Beach is clean and sunbeds are available for relaxation. Every bungalow has a hammock and veranda as well. It's super comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Staff is very friendly. I felt welcomed and had a good stay.

Way out of the tourist ghettos of the other beaches. Very convenient location near a temple and walking distance to the village. A real feeling of Thailand. A WONDERFUL staff. Chai is a great guy!

Quiet side of the island with good onshore breeze during the high season so aircon not necessary. Good food and friendly, helpful staff. Also, the resort is very green using almost exclusively solar energy.

Price was little too high in my opinion. Gym was ancient and there was some mess in towels.

Place is really nice actually. Bungalows are very chill and view is nice. Also I liked the hammock very much. Staff was friendly and open for us, when they accidentally overbooked us.

The bungalows are open so we heard the (sometimes inconsiderate) neighbor noises or barking dogs at night. But that’s probably the case everywhere on this island. For 40€ a night I would expect some basic amenities like shampoo, soap bar, cotton sticks.. besides that the bungalow was very nice. Sadly the ocean carries trash onto the beach.

Great location away from the street and bars. Still close to the main pier. Very quiet and peaceful with great sunrise. It was also great to have a pool since the ocean was not so good for swimming. The staff was very friendly and Chai helped us so much with everything. Thank you!

Beautiful bungalow accommodation, we stayed right on the beach, you can see the sea from your bed :) The bungalows are all newly refurbished, and have hot showers (quite rare in Koh Phayam!) The staff were all really nice, we had chilled drinks on arrival and a meet and greet by very cute dogs! If you are looking for somewhere to really relax this has it all.

PP Land is a wonderful, secluded resort on the east side of the island. The sunrises are incredible and the beach right in front of our bungalow was clean and a beautiful place to swim. The staff were incredibly helpful with whatever you needed, including laundry, bike rental and the food requirements in the restaurant. Paul and pearl also own a cafe called Magic cafe where you can get freshly baked croissants and cake. The resident dogs are lovely too! Thanks again for the fantastic stay over our 1 year wedding anniversary! We absolutely loved it!

As already mentioned, this is not the best beach on the island - you may sometimes find trash in the water or on the beach.

We got a free room upgrade. The beach is really beautiful - not the prettiest one on the island, but has its charm and beautiful flowers! The bungalows were absolutely the best on the island from what we've seen. The staff is really helpful, the owner speaks really good English and owns three gorgeous dogs, including one puppy. We were mesmerized.

Our bungalow was right near the water so we fell asleep every night listening to the waves! So very relaxing. The beaches on the other side of the island are better, but PP Land Eco Resort is conveniently located close to the main pier and the many restaurants close by.

All the dogs roaming around and growling/ barking was a bit scary. It was difficult to see at night as no lighting around bungalows. Food in restaurant expensive and not worth the cost.

Air con in room was amazing! Staff helpful and I recommend hiring a motorbike to get around

The resort is not so well maintained, the beach is nice though. I was irritated that the restaurant was closed on some evenings (there's no other restaurant in short walking distance) even though it was said it's open daily until 9pm. There is no fridge nor a kettle in the bungalow and no other amenities such as shampoo or shower gel. It was nice but I have had expected more for the relatively high rate.

No power. At least in my cabin. Luckily i had a power bar to load my mobile. For my liking, too pricey. Though i got a nice discount from the super likeable dutch landlord, because of a booking mistake.

If you‘re looking for a total recluse accommodation, then look no further on Phayam. You found it here. I just stayed because of my own misplanning for my other cabin at another place for one night. The bed was hard (as always: i like it! as in good for bad backs). Shower, wc, the hammock, the awesome breeze which let you sleep without mosquito-net…yeah, nice indeed. The beach was rough. The restaurant good. The staff is super sweet and helpful.

- too expensive (manager says it's cheaper to book directly on their facebook page) - overall services could be better (food is ok but not crazy, no motorbike to rent, almost no room cleaning, can't pay your stay by visa, only cash accepted) - windy as this side of the island is more exposed

- Friendly staff - not located on the main western beaches but still nice especially the front beach bungalows
