ThailandThere was no room service, the restaurant was closed and breakfast was the only available meal. The pool area had no seating or lounges, the water was a bit clouded and tiles were missing around the edging. The hotel in general seemed tired and in need of sprucing up, maybe due to lack of patronage during covid.
The staff were very friendly and tried to help but didn't seem to know much about getting a taxi (suggested we use Grab app) or hiring a scooter. The room was spacious and comfortable and basic cleaning done, any shelving above chest height was very dusty. The hotel was well positioned for walks around the lake with a few restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The central city was beyond walking distance.

CanadaPool isn’t usable right now as they don’t seem to be treating the water. It was very green. Some deferred maintenance in the rooms. nothing too serious but small annoyances like mold on shower curtains. work counter in rooms can’t accomodate a laptop S it is too narrow. Breakfast is limited. Western : Eggs, toast coffee. Thai a little more variety.

BahrainBreakfast needs a bit of work, items not replenished and left in less that hot baine maries. The room was starting to show it's age and as a premium room/suite it is in need of a thorough and complete renovation. The photos show the new rooms over by the pool but most of the rooms are in the older part with the reception.
Nice big room with separate shower facilities in each part of the suite. Large comfortable bed. Late finish (1000) for breakfast.

GermanyThe hotel seems to be saving money and cut down on expenses in hard times. So there´s hardly any decoration to be found, not all areas are as tidy as they could/should be, the pool area is not well maintained. But overall I had a very pleasant stay.
I enjoyed staying here. It´s a very good choice to stay in Udon in a price range around 1.500,- Baht/night. It´s a real hotel building, so the noice cancelling is excellent and parking spaces are abundant. The room - I stayed in a deluxe - is big and the bathroom is huge with a very good shower and hot water, which even in Thailand is sometimes nice to have. The bed was big enough for a whole family to sleep in and of very good quality. Breakfast was better than expected and we got a breakfast roll and freshly cooked eggs after just asking. (So don´t hesitate to ask for food that might not be displayed)

I have been requested to have some other higher but the receeptionist cfm there are fully booked.. but seem like nobody there, HELLO ?
